Absolutely legal in all 50 USA States, as far as I can tell. Won't work on non opioid drugs. Can be a life saver. I believe it should be included in all First Aid kits. Comes in 2 vial kit, with instructions on the outside of the box.

Decided to test out effectiveness by purposely ingesting a fatal amount of opioids. Blacked out for a second after receiving dose but the narco i took a few minutes prior had no lasting effect. I wouldn't recommend others try this.....I am a YouTube trained professional so take it from me. This stuff works great.
