It is the best mascara I have ever used, which is not "waterproof", but still stays on, and can be removed with normal makeup remover or hot water! I never use the fibers, because my lashes gets extremely long with the mascara only. It is quite "wet" in the beginning, but gets more "dry" the longer you use it!
