Showed up damaged, but the RAPOO support team made it right

I was excited to get this keyboard, but when I opened the box the backspace key was already popped off. I tried to clip it back in and it never sat right or worked. Not great for something that is supposed to be brand new. I contacted their customer service and they were actually great. They replied quickly, apologized, and sent a replacement right away. The support team made the situation a lot less frustrating.

Awesome Duo - Slim keyboard and Ergonomic Mouse

This Duo setup has been working great so far, been utilizing the 2.4G setup. (Keep in mind, only have used it for two full days now). Mouse: I was a bit weary of the shape when looking online but feels quite comfortable in the hand, so much quieter than my old mouse. Love the side scroll function and the forward and back buttons to flick on a page on the side of the mouse. Only thing I will mention the scroll in the middle could due with a lower profile but doesnt bother me too much. Keyboard: So slim, so great to utilise more space on the desk yet, still offers the full number on the right hand side. Love the calculater function, im not looking around the desk for mine now. I know it has always been a function on the computer but easy access now.
