**Q: What is the differance between M-stak and stak???**
A: Think of "M" as maintain  for the gains you made with STAK. Since you are cycling STAK, to take nothing you would see a drop off. With "M" the drop off is minimized.

**Q: Is there a multivitamin equivelant as part of the M-Stak? Or do you recommend still taking a multi with the stak?**
A: No multivite component.  Actually don’t recommend multis for 3 reasons: 1.  Most multis contain improper ratios of vitamins, especially when combined with your diet.  For instance, many contain too much A, & not enough D.  2. because when taken together, some nutrients cancel each other out, such as calcium & iron.  3.  Many people take multis at night, and the B vitamin group can cause insomnia.  Always best to get vitamins from foods or a food based greens powder, or separate nutrients night and day.

**Q: Does this product contain any carbohydrates? If so how many? All artificial sweeteners? Thanks!**
A: I don't remember but all it consist of is a bunch of pills about 10 different pills that you have to take at once. I really didn't like it. I didn't really see any gains from M-stack. I did that the cuts and leaned out. I wouldn't waste my money. Just eat more lift heavy.

I began using Universal Nutrition's M-Stak, like most I'm sure, as a skeptic. I'm a young guy that's been lifting pretty consistently for the better part of a year or so. Between the tiresome hours of work and school, my workouts had been getting shorter and I felt I wasn't putting in near as much effort as I could've, or maybe should've been. As a result, I started to plateau. My stats didn't increase much, nor did I get any bigger. I knew there had to be something out there for the guys with a busy schedule! That's when I came across this great product. I thought "Hey, with all of these great reviews, it's worth a shot". For the first week or two on the supplements, I didn't notice much of a difference besides an increase in energy after taking the caffeinated pill. It wasn't until I was 2/3 of the way done with my bottle that I started to notice I was working my way out of my plateau. I started to notice my arms getting bigger, and my stats steadily increasing. I highly recommend this product to all of those who can fit this in their budget, and even those that have to shift priorities to make room in their budget. You won't regret it.
