Anastasia Beverly Hills - Matte Lipstick

I wear Nars and Marc Jacobs primarily but it can be a bit pricey. I haven't been a fan of Mac's Matte formulas, and I have tried other brands on the market completely unimpressed. This lipstick is the best price for a higher end lipstick while still being high quality. It feels a lot like Nars which has always been my go to. The colors are very saturated, which is phenomenal, but in general they are also fairly unique as well so they feel special. I got so many compliments on my lip colors. Buff has become my go to, but Spice is my new favorite semi-neutral. I also love Rum Punch for a more sultry feel. I am a redhead with yellow undertones, which makes choosing colors tough because I am not as fare as most redheads are. They are long wear with very minimal need to re-apply. Overall, I am deeply impressed and highly recommend the colors.

I really love this lipstick! It stays on for a really long time and doesn't get on your teeth! It's a little dry, but what do you expect from a lipstick that stays? However, I do have to warn you, the colors can be tricky. Many of the ones I've tried have a grayish cast to them, which is fine, but doesn't work with my skin tone. Once you find your color though, excellence!

Amazing! I bought Brandy and Cool Brown. I used the virtual try on before buying and they were 100% true to color I’m so impressed. I’m coming from using morphe mattes and they are so drying and don’t stay in the center of the lips long term. This lipstick is completely different!! It’s not drying, it goes on cream and not like you’re smearing chalk and then dries down nicely. You can even add a clear gloss on top for days you’d rather have a sheen. Definitely my new lipstick brand!

Great product!It was my first time buying Anastasia Beverly Hills makeup and I was gladly surprised by the results.The lipstick itself is a master piece (it made me feel expensive, lol).The colour is rich and it will stay on you lips for the day or during a night out.At the end of the day, I use a makeup remover to remove the lipstick and my lips are SO soft!I love this product and I will definitely buy more in the future!

I never ordered a lipstick online unless I knew what I was getting. This was my first and I'm pleasantly surprised. It came fairly quickly, it is long lasting and matte as described. A little bit drying but all long lasting ones can be. I just top it with a clear, moisturizing balm and I'm good. The color is a little darker than I thought it was going to be but I like it. Great fall color.

Beautiful color! I did the little test where it overlays color on your lip pic & it’s accurate irl. The color is natural but not dull or old lady mauve (no offense to those who look great in mauve haha). Makes lips pop in a subtle sexy way. I rarely wear lipstick but can’t get enough of this color. Not super moisturizing but more so than most matte lippies. I will definitely buy again.

I was very excited to try this Matte lipstick in the color Rust. However, I'm pretty disappointed. I don't know if it is due to the color I chose, but it does not apply evenly. The upside is that the color lasts and stays on your lips. The consistency of the lipstick itself is very chalky and feels very similar to Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pomade, as strange as that may sound. It is not smooth or silky like most of the other brands I have used in a Matte finish. Would not recommend for the price!

I didn’t 5 “star” moisturizing only because this is a matte lipstick. If you’re familiar with a matte lipstick, they’re not overly moisturizing, but this one is not drying or flaky like some I have used! It’s very true to color & has become my favorite lipstick! I highly recommend! I will also add, very prompt shipping!
