I love them! I’ve ordered them like 4 times!They really do work wonders especially with my appetite. I’ve been on my weight gain journey and these has been my staple. It also helps with my mood and skin. The capsules are easy to swallow and it doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth. I normally take them before I go to the gym and I’ve noticed a significant increase in my energy level! I’m able to lift heavier. 10/10 recommend

This product had some noticeable differences in my mood, which was elevated, mental clarity, and my libido was significantly increased over time. My energy levels were through the roof, my endurance was improved when exercising but I made sure not to overdo it. I only took one capsule per day and the results were very noticeable, and positive. def more energized and i enjoy the taste. it smells like sweet honey.i don’t love that it makes me queasy? not sure if it’s an internal detox or just how it will always feel. if it is stays i will have to discontinue because the gassy heartburn feeling is strong. it does chill out but it takes like half the dayi can get into routine and find the rhythm of the day with these a lot easier. there is a great balance of focus, internal peace, and drive without the overwhelming feeling that can come sometimes with taking other stimulants that i’ve tried

I take it during early evening. It seems to compliment other supplements I’ve been taking. Among them is magnesium and vitamin D and K which helps my mood improvement for the next day. I started taking this and later adding Lion’s Mane and all this has compounded my mood positively for every day. Now the reason I stated “so far” in my title is because the same was experienced with Lions Mane by itself. It worked for the first month and a half, but no more. So I’ve had the same mindset with this. I do hope it continues though.The smell is not bad as well as the after taste. To me, it reminds me of when I used to eat the wheat squares with brown sugar cereal which had a similar aftertaste.

I did enjoy the benefits of these but they did make me gain some unwanted weight, too.
