- 100 grams of pure Siberian shilajit (Mumiyo) packed in eco-glass jar and carton box. Shilajit may be dissolved in warm water, milk or tea. To rinse: dissolve a half of a teaspoon of shilajit in the 200 ml of warm boiled water. Take it as a rinse three times a day (a dose –60 ml). Course of rinses: 7 days. The liquid for rinses can be used ouywardly as a cleansing tonic for a skin or body or against the hair loss. Outwards as a mask or compress: dissolve 1 tablespoon of the shilajit in the 50 ml of warm boiled water until it becomes a homogenous substance . Use it for rubbing during the pain in the back, joints, muscles, venous pain, against the skin diseases. You can use a mass as a compress during the strong pains: take it on a gauze bandage, affix to a painful area for 2 hours and take away, rinsing an area by water. Grindings and compresses are recommended to be used three times a week. Duration of the course of admission: 1 month. It’s recommended to take four courses per year. Helping with digestion issues?
An interesting substance. It seems to help with my very annoying but not the typical painful symptoms of reflux. I have no pain, just a serious annoyance and frustration no matter what I do, excluding meds which I won’t do. I was having a bad attack of it yesterday after my salad lunch, and was in a tense easily agitated mood all morning. I took this and both settled down! I take also before bed and have no reflux regurge symptoms once lying down. With all that said, it is difficult to use. The spoon provided is useless with this tar like sticky goo. I use a small knife or spoon and twist it to get an approximate enough amount on it, dissolve in hot water and take. Tastes nasty but I’m used to all sorts of intense Chinese herb tastes so doesn’t bother me.

Great product, great quality and price
For the amount that you get and residency, you can't beat the price. It's my first resin so I have nothing to compare it with ... But it's more potent than any of the pills that I bought. It took a month and a half .... Long wait but definitely worth it!

Considering the fact that this natural remedy had to travel half the world, I was so happy to receive my order ahead of the estimated delivery date! I am recovering after a complicated wrist fracture and I heard that Siberian Mumiyo/Shilajit helps bones to heal faster. This seller has the best price/quality/weight ratio. Good value if u don’t mind waiting
This shilajit took 3 months to get here from Russia but was worth it. For the price it is much less than others. It is also not as tacky Or thick as the Himalayan shilajit I’ve used before. This one seems to be legit and smells the same. We will see what effects it has compared to Himalayan.
