I have owned two of these units for about 6 months, and just got 2 more. The transparent sides make it super easy to check water levels, capacity is huge, so refills happen less often, charging is quick and then lasts a long time. My only complaint is that I would love to be able to buy the filters and even the pump itself separately, so that I can change often, and so I can always have a charged pump to swap into a dead unit. I have 5 cats of my own, as well as fostering cats of all ages, so these have taken a beating and are doing fabulously! I'm actually replacing my 2 PetLibros with these for the ease of checking the water level.

All my cats love these they are leak proof . Very Portable to carry to change the water . Noise is to a minimum the appearance is nice . Material is very good compared to other brands I purchased in the past . It's stainless steel pan let's me know my cat just isn't drinking from a plastic container and the flow of water cats love flowing water the indicator battery light when the battery needs charger is helpful as well . I rate this a 10 out of 10.

Quiet, bigger than expected, easy set-up. Sensitive motion detector. Not sure if my cats are actually drinking from it but they sure like playing in it. One cat figured out how to get the drink basin out so that's not good. So having clips or a way to fasten securely would be an upgrade to think about. I taped the spout/battery to the bowl for now. I like that it lights up when activated. Doesn't seem very sturdy as far as the basin itself is concerned, very light plastic. Love that it fills and drains at the correct level. It attracts my cats, so hopefully they are drinking from it as much as playing in it.

Cons are the dark side of the bowl makes it hard to see the water level without a flashlight. Don't place it in a dark corner. It functions without splashing. The battery life is extra long. Programming is easy to select. It is very good quality and ultra quiet. There is a blue light that comes on when the water flows, with no way to turn it off. The light is surprisingly bright and I can see the glow at night in my small apartment.

I had a kitten who would knock over every bowl I tried! I came across this fountain and I really liked the aspects of having it cordless as well as lighted so I could see the water level. Once I charged it (which was rather quick) I filled it up and down it went on the floor. Well - the kitten was confused when she couldn't knock it over! Kitty mind blown! She immediately started drinking out of it and loved the running water versus still water of a bowl. It is very easy to take apart and clean and you can set it to run continuously, intermittently, or by sensor (movement). I found the kitten drank more, which was great because she was very fussy about her canned food so I didn't have to worry about her not getting enough moisture in her diet. She also liked to "sneak up" on it and try to hug it with her front legs, but it resisted! Lol It runs quietly and the filters are easy to replace when needed. Also, having the lighted portion is helpful so I know when it is getting low. I looked at many options before settling on this and I'm glad I did!

It’s easy to clean and our cat loves it. The charge lasts a long time, so we only have to charge one a month.

After almost 6 months and for the price of this water fountain, I gave it a 5 star review. It is small and only for 1 or maybe 2 cats. Mine stopped working yesterday but after looking at other review, I tested if it is because it needed a reboot. The review stated that after plugging it into a computer, started working again. So this is my ways of rebooting. The fountain had a blue light indicating that was fully charged, I removed the battery and with a USB cable connected it to my cell phone, I opened the my files folder (I don't think this step is needed) but I didn't know what to do, I noticed the blue light came on as soon as I plugged it into my cellphone, tried pressing the top button on the fountain and the white signal like wifi on top of the battery came on, immediately I unplugged it from my phone and reinstalled it into the fountain, and started working as usual. Hopefully this helps someone and avoid them throwing away a good fountain. By the way, I used my android phone.

Works as described but our cat continues to play in the standing water. I did not realize the water would puddle like it does. Probably not going to work for us.

Cats will love the sleek look of the brushed chrome surface dish. The fountain, I'd imagine, would look and feel great to lick from, if I were a cat. Amazon sell the 5V adapter you'd need to power it. Setting it up is super easy. The yellow buttons on either side of the upper body release the lithium ion battery/water spout, when dismantling for routine maintenance, just press into the socket hearing the prongs click into place securing it into the dish when assembling it. The three different modes are easily selectable after pressing and holding central button a few seconds. It has a continuous flow of water option, a timed one, and the sensing when a cat is approaching mode as well. All three light up the main electric blue light for a wonderful ambience in the night, the electric blue lights on the battery level indicator are always on. Such a pretty blue glow in the dark. It's very simple to get it flowing the wonderful fresh water from its generously sized 3.2 litre tank. All the other instructions for its servicing needs are enclosed in the box including how to obtain 24 free filters, but do make sure you clean the pump every week as that helps to preserve its life. A replacement pump or battery will be sent to you free if either fail. Also included is a QR code to see the the video for installation guide which shows how to disassemble and clean the pump during routine maintenance amongst the accompanying photos. It's sensibly priced for the quality I got. 5 stars from me!

Wir haben den Trinkbrunnen jetzt seit drei Tagen im Einsatz und sind total begeistert. Unser vorheriger Brunnen lief dauerhaft mit Strom, was mich ehrlich gesagt immer etwas gestört hat – dieser hier dagegen reagiert nur, wenn die Katzen wirklich daran gehen, und das ist für mich ein riesiger Pluspunkt. So spart man nicht nur Strom, sondern hat auch kein ständiges Geräusch im Hintergrund. Der Brunnen ist außerdem extrem leise, man hört ihn kaum, was gerade nachts wirklich angenehm ist. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, und die Reinigung ist unkompliziert. Unsere beiden Katzen haben ihn sofort angenommen und trinken jetzt tatsächlich häufiger als früher. Insgesamt bin ich absolut zufrieden – durchdachtes Produkt, tolle Funktion und endlich ein Brunnen, der wirklich auf die Bedürfnisse von Tier und Mensch abgestimmt ist. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen!
