Supersmart lactobacillus is one of the best probiotic I've ever used. No bloating! I've noticed that I've lost weight since using it.

This probiotic is Amazing! It made me purge the excess yeast produced in my gut! After reading upon this symptom, it's a sign the probiotic is working! It also curbs my appetite. I noticed less bloating as well! I'm only on day 4, i take this with another probiotic supplement, chicory root prebiotics and fiber! These are definitely now a staple for me! Highly recommend!

One table makes a great probiotic yogurt! Just mix with a quart of organic half/half, a 1T Inulin, mix well, cover & let warm for 36 hours at 100F. Save 2TB in the freezer to use as a starter in your batch of inulin and half/half.

If you are not doing a milk test on your probiotic, you are wasting your money, it is the cheapest and easiest way to know if the bacteria in the supplement is alive. Take 1/4 cup of milk, 1/8 tsp of inulin, and a capsule; then keep it heated at 100°F for about 4 hours. This made fantastic yogurt. The down side is I am looking for the L. Gasseri strain BNR17 (SuperSmart uses the strain CNCM I-5076). Dr. Mercola Sells the BNR17 strain under "Biothin." However, Dr. Mercola did NOT make the best yogurt (it did make yogurt though, just very thin).

My gut feels good

I've been taking prebiotic and probiotic for over 10 years and have tried many different kinds. I would say 3 out of 10 worked for me. This one, I'm not sure. I'm on the second box and I'm still bloated and having lots of gas. I tried this one to see if it helps my weight loss but it hadn't help me yet either.

I have ordered these probiotics before. So this was just a repeat for me. I like to take a probiotic every day because it seems to make me feel better. These do the trick.

Je me sentais lourde et gonflée, je faisais de la rétention d'eau et je sentais également toujours une gêne et un malaise intestinale, quelques minutes après les repas mon ventre commença rapidement à gargouiller, et assez souvent j'avais des douleurs abdominales, je ne savais plus quoi faire, je faisais attention à ma nourriture mais je n'arrivais pas à gérer tout ce qui se passait. J'ai lu un article sur les probiotiques et j'ai donc choisi d'en prendre cette souche qui contribue à réparer la flore intestinale et à alléger les symptômes du côlon irritable. 2 mois après une prise régulière de 2 fois par jour, je ne peux plus concevoir une vie normale sans elle, je n'ai plus de sensations d'inconfort, je me sens légère et souple, mon ventre et mes intestins ne me font plus mal, j'ai retrouvé ce sentiment d'être normale et à l'aise. je ne peux que la recommander!
