Review: Maybe it’s great 😂 - I started taking one other combo of probiotics at the same time as this one…dumb idea and I knew it at the time. I’ve suffered with nausea almost daily for what seems like my entire life. I noticed I’ve been nauseated a little less lately. I’m perimenopausal and have a mirena that’s been in for almost 6 years now. I always spotted with it. (Had it placed because of week long heavy bleeding every 3 weeks.) Now I’m having a longer “period” than usual. Nothing worth complaining or praising, but I noticed that it’s different this time and I’ve been taking these for a month now. I’ve been a little less hot-flashy and wasn’t in the usual rage right before a period that I’ve been experiencing for decades. Whether that’s this probiotic, another probiotic, or just coincidence, I couldn’t say. Now, do I poop regularly with this? NOPE. NEVER HAVE. Nothing is a match for my irregularity and chronic constipation that I inherited and my children have also inherited, and no, it’s not our diet. So I can’t speak to if this probiotic or any probiotics help with that.
