Works! Started this after stopping Semaglutide. Works really well with controlling appetite. No weird side effects.

I started taking one other combo of probiotics at the same time as this one…dumb idea and I knew it at the time. I’ve suffered with nausea almost daily for what seems like my entire life. I noticed I’ve been nauseated a little less lately. I’m perimenopausal and have a mirena that’s been in for almost 6 years now. I always spotted with it. (Had it placed because of week long heavy bleeding every 3 weeks.) Now I’m having a longer “period” than usual. Nothing worth complaining or praising, but I noticed that it’s different this time and I’ve been taking these for a month now. I’ve been a little less hot-flashy and wasn’t in the usual rage right before a period that I’ve been experiencing for decades. Whether that’s this probiotic, another probiotic, or just coincidence, I couldn’t say. Now, do I poop regularly with this? NOPE. NEVER HAVE. Nothing is a match for my irregularity and chronic constipation that I inherited and my children have also inherited, and no, it’s not our diet. So I can’t speak to if this probiotic or any probiotics help with that.

Helps with digestion for me but not sure about minimizing bloating- it have made that part a little worse but I still thought it was helpful for digestion.

Great item, unfortunately I am allergic to chromium in it. Got dyshidrotic eczema 😢. And can’t return new unopened bottle.

Not sure if my batch is bad, and It took forever to receive them when ordered. Upon taking 2 pills first day. They made me very sickly and typically my stomach is strong enough to withstand most anything. I’ve taken supplements before so this was a weird immediate reaction. I gave it a few days and took a single pill. After a few hours I developed a headache. And to be safe took another single pill the next day and the headache came back with stomach issues. I couldn’t imagine what my body would do if I took the true dosage. This was more to make sure they were not reacting negatively, and unfortunately they are. I have since stopped taking them and my body has reverted back to normal. No headaches or stomach aches. My honest opinion is that I have a bad batch of whatever is in these and my body is hyper sensitive to any weird changes that are not good. Currently take supplements and have never experienced anything similar to the immediate reactions I had with this product. Sad because I was hoping to not have wasted money but I cannot continue taking these if they will hurt me every time.

Haven’t had it long enough to know if it works for me. Once I know, I’ll do another review. But in the 4 days I’ve used it, I can’t tell any difference.
