They're ideal for applying the newer spray on wax products like Turtle Wax Flex Wax or similar. Make application easy and precise as they're a good size to work with and they don't soak up all the product you're using. I find using a microfibre cloth does this but these absorb on the smaller surface initially, after that the wax stays on the car. I wouldn't use these for a hard wax product, I use McGuires round foam applicators for that as they're smoother and spread hard wax better. At £1.20 each these are worth buying. I get a couple of uses out of each one and then bin them, or use them for tyre dressings first. They're not really washable once they're full of wax products as it protects them in the washing machine. I'll buy these again as they do a good job and are inexpensive.
