Love this, ordering more. Seeing a noticeable difference in my glutes, growth and roundness. Dissolves pretty well and the taste is refreshing and delicious. Good value compared to other brands, especially since it contains a lot of great women centered vitamins. I saw a review that was concerned about some hard pieces but I’m almost positive it was just the silica packet that must’ve broken in her batch- unfortunate for her but not the case for me. Just make sure to check the packet is completely sealed before using it if you’re concerned about that happening.

Good flavor and easily dissolves in water. I’ve never taken a creatine supplement before but I love this one! I feel like recovery after a workout is quicker and I have more endurance and stamina during my workout.

So far so good! Gives you good energy and the flavor tastes better than others I’ve tried. Does take a while to dissolve, so shake vigorously! Good value as the tub does last a while. No bad side effects to the stomach either.

I have been using this product for about a month. Pros: The flavor is good reminds me of sweet tarts. I did feel a boost in energy and mental state after drinking. I do feel like it helped me during my workouts with energy and strength training. Cons: Bloating, I have been stuck in a plateau since I’ve started taking it and nothing else has changed even increased my workouts. It causes me to have a small acne breakout. Be sure to drink enough water or you will get muscle cramps. I’m going to stop taking it for a month to see if that jump starts my weight loss again and then once I get to my goal weight, I will consider taking it for body composition.

I have been taking this for the past 3 months and my husband recently said “your butt is growing”. Even when I don’t workout, I will still take my daily dose. I usually pour the powder in my mouth and chug with water. It’s a bit more sour/ tangy that way but I like to just get it over and done with. If taking mixed in water, it has a fruity tropical taste to me.

I bought this a while back and wanted to try it out for a little while before leaving the review. I like this stuff! It does feel like theres a difference, I do feel more recovered than before after a workout or a run. I haven't tried it alone, I usually mix it in with my protein, so I'm not sure exactly about the taste.

I am not fully sold on any supplement powders I take because I am not sure if they are working or not. I said the same about my collegen powder...Who knows!?! I gave this product 3 starts because it is disolvable in water, the texture is smooth and blendable. The pice is expensive for a 30 day supply. The way I use it is in a water bottle with a little ice, I shake it and it makes the water taste good too. It has a citrus taste, which I wasn't aware of until I got it, so read the packaging. I do not mide my water tasting citrusy but some people may not want that. as it improved my skin or energy levels? I do not know. I do like that this product not only has creatine, but also many other beneficial agents for women, such as collagen, hyaloronic acid, and BCAA. The packaging is nice and eye-catching. There is a littlescooper inside and a fresh pack. I honestly just feel that I am doing everyhting I can to stay healthy as I age and I want to look good while aging, so I do what I can to take care of myself and use supplements, eat right, and exercise daily. It doesn't hurt to try!

I've been having plantar fasciitis issues on and off for months and months and after taking this for3 days, I could walk better!!!😲. Just don't forget to stay extra hydrated while taking it. Because it stores it into your muscles with water. The only issue in citric acid I would prefer they take it out.
