Easily mixable and dissolve with a vigorous shake lol... no after taste and no smell. I put it in my juice and it doesn't change the juice. I've only been taking it for a few days but I have noticed a little boost in energy. Will have to continue using to see if anything else improves. Will post again.

definitely works! i have felt the difference in my energy so immediately I've stopped drinking caffeine. the taste is good, kinda like tang. requires a bit more water to dissolve than it says on the package.

I just got this yesterday, I ordered it bc of all the good reviews on here. As far as it’s benefits I dk yet bc I just got it but I will say I had it this morning and the taste is just ok, not terrible and not that great either, it’s just meh. It gave me a bit of a stomach ache though but I’m guessing it’s bc I should have ate something small before consuming. Either way I didn’t give it a full 5 star bc I wasn’t too fond of the taste. It came in fast and with no issues. I hope I start seeing results after taking it for some time. We shall see.

Normally mixed drinks like this taste chalky or have a bad taste to it. But this drink was delicious and was refreshing. A guy friend I have that works out recommended it to me saying it has fast muscle recovery. This is not a protein shake. I added this on top of taking my protein shake. It works wonderfully! I highly recommend. I was worried about the size compared to the amount I spent and I plan on buying it again. IT IS WORKTH IT!

Lots of great vitamins and nutrients. Great source of creatine. I don’t care for the taste. On the contrary, I do like that it doesn’t taste very sweet . So it is not awful also it doesn’t smell like much which can be great. Honest review incoming… after trying other pre workouts before I found this one I’m finding that this alone doesn’t give me the energy that I need for steady endurance or stamina. I often drink this with a side of Celsius or something else for the energy source and I really don’t like that because of the possibility of consuming too much of the same vitamins in a day. I give a 2.5 solely because of the awesome nutrients but no more than that because it’s ineffective in the ability to provide energy.

I take creatine and many of these supplements every day, so I LOVE that I can drink this and cut down on the amount of pills I'm taking or concern myself a little less with trying to get collagen with every dinner. I do feel like I am already seeing the benefits, too! My energy is much better on days that I take this. I haven't noticed any skin health or nail strength changes just yet.A lot of people are not pleased with the texture or flavor, but for me, I'm more concerned with the results. For those of you that are curious, I find that it tastes like baby asprin lol. I would prefer a flavorless, but I'm not carrying this around as my drink, I'm chugging it before the gym, so it's just fine for me.

Tastes great, easy to add to your 'diet' on a daily basis and do see a difference in my hair, nails, and muscle tone. If there is a negative, it would be I wish it came in a larger container since I do use it daily
