I LOVE this knife. I have a full set of Henkels knives but I like this knife much better for slicing tomatoes, etc. I have arthritis in my hands and this knife is easy to hold and use. It slides with no effort through tomatoes, onions and anything else that's small. I put the sheath back on after hand washing and it lives on my counter so it's easy to grab. It hasn't made it to the knife block yet!

Cheap and does the job. Not sure how long it will hold an edge, but for this price you can afford to toss it and buy another.

That said, the packaging was unnecessarily difficult to open, which caused some frustration. This is a perfect knife for preparing vegetables. The blade is very sharp and its design allows for precise cuts. The handle is ergonomically designed and good to grip. I like that it's using some non-plastic material (wheat straw) in the handle too. Comes with a useful blade cover. Excellent value for money.
