Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, 10.5 oz Can

Good as it ever was. Great value when on sale. Same great tasting soup. I'm simple and not rich so it satisfied my soup fix.

Pros: This is another Campbell's condensed soup that I don't use as a bowl of soup. I use it in its' condensed form as a base for gravy when I need to stretch turkey gravy leftovers during Thanksgiving. I add it to my Mexican Chicken Cheese Enchilada recipe that I make as part of the filling, mixed with sour cream and roll it up inside large flour tortillas. Add milk or cream to the Chicken soup and stir/blend until warm. Spoon the chicken soup over the filled enchiladas in an oven proof baking dish. Do not cover. Makes about 8 enchiladas that you bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until the grated cheese has melted. You can also use cheese inside the flour tortilla if you like. Toppings can be any or all of the following: Grated cheeses, black olives, diced tomatoes, green Ortega chilies, grilled onions. You can add diced or sliced chicken, shredded beef, or turkey for meat lovers. Play with it, you may put in anything you think tastes good! This soup and the mushroom soup are kitchen basics that I keep in stock. Soup is good food, ya know. Ha ha

Was little beat up but looks okay. First inspection is that you cannot see the Best buy date without opening the packaging. So we'll take a look.. It's got a year out on the date. So good enough for me. I'll order a few more. These are very good to help with the colder weather we're currently having Good deal
