I really like this chair as it was easy to put together, has a lumbar support which is great for the back & adjustable armrests. However, it appeared I rec'd defective wheels as they didn't insert easily which made the chair a little unsteady & rattled whenever it moved. I contacted the seller directly & explained the situation. They responded quickly to the emails, explained what had happened & sent me the new correct wheels within a few days and the chair works great now. I'm not only impressed with this chair but also the excellent customer service the seller provided. Would highly recommend this chair & seller. I would definitely buy from them again.

After receiving the chair, I set it up at my desk for work; it has a simple, clean look, and I don't have to worry too much about minor scuffs from daily use. The height is adjustable, and once I matched it to my desk level, typing and using the computer felt very comfortable. I sit in it for several hours a day while working; it provides decent lumbar and back support, so I don't feel overly fatigued. It lacks flashy, gimmicky designs, but it’s perfectly adequate as an everyday office chair.

I've been using this chair for a while now, and I've been very impressed with how comfortable it is. The mesh back keeps plenty of air flowing, and the adjustable lumbar support makes a noticeable difference during long hours at my desk. One of the better chairs i found so far. 250 pnds person can fit nicely. One thing worth to lower 5 stars is mechanism on back . It pushes your spine in and should have possibilities to go both ways adjusting back plate distance.

Two days in, this chair has been comfortable and easy to adjust for my desk setup. The mesh back feels supportive, and the lumbar support and armrests offer good value at this price. Assembly was quick and familiar since I’ve owned a similar chair. My only observation is that the wheels occasionally slip, but it hasn’t caused a significant problem. So far, the chair has worked well for me.

I bought this only because it was one of the few chairs I could find with a folding backrest (Why in the world is this not a more standard feature?). I knew that it wouldn't be a fully ergonomic chair and would would lack a lot of comfort features, but I was not at all prepared for how preposterous the design is. The "lumbar support" (which is really just some mesh and not a real lumbar support system) is so low to the seat of the chair that it just meets your butt instead of your back, and the small of your back then folds into the space above it, completely negating the purpose. Actually no, it's worse than that. It would have been better if they hadn't tried at all and had given us a completely straight backrest because than at least your spine wouldn't awkwardly curve back right where it most needs support. Other office/task chairs that I've used have a section at the base of the backrest that curves back away from the seat, allowing you to position your butt properly. This inexplicably doesn't have that and leaves the back and the "lumbar support" far too low. This results in an extremely uncomfortable sitting position where you are constantly being pushed forwards. Even in it's most upright position, it feels as though you're being tilted forward due to the design of the backrest basically pushing you away from the rest of the back. The tilt system is as bare-bones as it gets and has no locking features apart from the basic upright position, meaning you can't even really use a small tilt to compensate for this issue. At least it folds so I can keep it under my desk since I'm never going to sit in the thing. Complete waste of money, and importing to Canada wasn't cheap either (seriously, why is the folding feature completely non-existent on more reputable chairs?)

I received the chair just two days after ordering. The mesh backrest offers good breathability, so sitting in it for hours on end doesn't feel stuffy or hot like it would with a thick leather chair. The armrest height is well-positioned, providing good support for my arms while typing or using the mouse. Both the chair height and backrest angle are adjustable to suit personal preference, making it convenient to lean back and take a quick break. Assembly took a little time, but following the instructions step-by-step made the process straightforward. Overall, it is well-suited for working from home, and I am particularly pleased with the comfort it provides during long periods of sitting.

Good chair & fits the purpose

Reçu plus vite que prévu. Très bonne qualité et montage facile et rapide. C'est mon premier siege ergonomique, ce choix je l'ai fait pour soulager mes problèmes de lombaires et après plusieurs heures assise devant mon bureau, je me relève sans mal de dos contrairement avec des sièges lambda ou je n'arrive pas a me redresser. Tout les réglages ( hauteur, repose tête, inclinaison ect .. ) sont facilement accessibles. Étant une personne de grande taille ( 1,84 m ) je la trouve bien confortable. Je ne regrette pas cet achat.

Bought on chance even tho good reviews. Since its quite cheap still I thought I would give it a go. And... It delivered, super nice and compfy chair! Put on my armrest pads and bought some better wheels ontop of the chair then the standard ones, worked like a charm and the chair is sturdy and compfy! ++++++!

Dopo averla montata e utilizzata, sono davvero soddisfatto. La sedia è solida, ben rifinita e anche esteticamente fa una bella figura. Il design posteriore a V è particolare e moderno, mentre lo schienale in rete lascia respirare bene la schiena. Il supporto lombare si sente e aiuta a mantenere una posizione più comoda durante le ore alla scrivania. Anche i braccioli regolabili sono molto utili e la seduta è ampia e confortevole. Il montaggio non è complicato e, una volta assemblata, la sedia dà subito una buona sensazione di stabilità e qualità. Le ruote scorrono bene e le varie regolazioni permettono di adattarla facilmente alla propria posizione di lavoro. Per ora esperienza decisamente positiva
