Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great at redirecting vents. We have a strong high flow half way under a door. Now it pushes out the air under the door and we can pick it up in a fan and redirect it into our room I highly recommend this the magnets are tight but you do have to make sure yours is magnetized. I highly recommend these vents they really do work

Have used vent deflectors for years but never before needed one that would shunt the air out to side of the vent.

It comes in two pieces. One has magnets but one doesn't. The piece with magnets has a little strip of two-sided tape to connect the two pieces but it's not at all strong enough. Luckily, it all comes with a small roll of some kind of double sided , really thick silicone-like tape. There's no instructions, so it's unclear if the tape is for mounting the non-magnet piece tot the ceiling, attaching the two pieces together, or some other purpose entirely. It does the job though so that's good.

I used this on top of a floor vent in a bathroom. The vent is mostly covered by an antique vanity cabinet. After installing, the bathroom never gets too hot in summer or too cold in winter. Easy fix!

Although the intent is under furniture, ended up using it for a vent near a door to direct the airflow into the hallway. Easy to use. I would suggest some “nicer” ones for use as we did.

Cheapest and thinnest plastic I have ever seen. Product is so cheap it came bent on the side so It doesn’t even sit flush. Buy a cake tin from dollar tree and cut it, it’ll be cheaper and better quality. I’m surprised they can even sell something like this on Amazon
