When I ordered this apple laptop I wasn't sure what kind of quality it would be I'm not a big electronic person and I have never had a apply product before and this laptop has wonderful battery life and all the keys lighted up and had pretty good speakers in it and the charger port seems of really good quality it didn't take long to charge i plugged this laptop in when I first got it and I didn't need to charge it for three days before it needed to be charged. And the speed on this laptop after I downloaded all my apps and work apps and everything it ran like it was brand new 2025 laptop. Couldn't ask for better.

My Mac Book of 13 years finally went out. I was low on cash and in need of a replacement quick. I when I saw this option I thought this is too good to be true. My Mac arrived in perfect condition and over night. The screen is much smaller than I expected but it’s exactly the same as my old one. It will definitely do until I can afford a newer version. For the price it is an excellent buy. It also came with the charger which I did not expect.

compre este producto con la ilusión de que me funcionara para mis estudios, el día de hoy me llego y aunque el computador externamente esta en excelentes condiciones a la hora de prenderlo me desconcerté al darme cuenta de que aparecía una pantalla negra con una carpeta con signo de interrogación y en la parte inferior el correo de apple support, de inmediato al ver que no funcionaba escribí a Amazon para que me ayudaran con la devolución y la única opción que me dieron en ese instante fue una etiqueta de devolución pre pagada con un costo de 256 dólares en mi país mas de de un millón de pesos casi igual que lo que costo el equipo inmediatamente solicite una llamada para que me ayudaran con una mejor solución de me contesto una mujer desagradable con un tono de voz alto y servicio al cliente completamente deficiente, me dijo que eso no era problema de Amazon y que esa era la única alternativa al pedir que me mandara con un supervisor me dijo que no lo haría que no era su trabajo y que yo no lo necesitaba que si no me gustaba su Alternatiba que ya no era problema de ellos incluso me amenazan con bloquearme la cuenta y reportarme cuando le pedí nuevamente hablar con un supervisor después de eso simplemente me colgó de mala forma, intente llamar nuevamente y me dijeron lo mismo.solo dire que en mi caso el producto es completamente inútil y me parece fatal que una compañía como esta trate de esta manera a sus clientes y no les pueda dar una solución viable.y que tras del hecho un producto que aunque es de bajo precio no cumpla si quiera con la función por la cual fue creado me parece completamente desagradablepido al vendedor me de una solución no puedo pagar la devolución y tampoco quiero perder el dinero que de verdad me costo conseguir para el equipo.

Was skeptical at first until I saw that most of the people probably didn't KEEP updating their software. The laptop comes with Mac OS 10 and you have to update it 3 times. Battery life is excellent, charger works great . Really good find for this price.

Im in the middle with this laptop, it was completely iCloud unlocked, clean IMEI... Apple cleared!EXCEPT...IT WAS NOT!(Skip ahead to "NO RM LOCK" if your laptop is NOT equipped with a Remote Management Lock.)Continue here if it was RM Locked. SO It had a Remote Management lock from a school district that no longer exists.. Basically if you don't have USB Stick with 12gb or more and if u can't access another computer to download a fresh MacOS (operating system) compatible with your Amazon Mac Latop, and then completely erase or wipe entire harddrive from ur laptop/brand new MacBook Air you just received from Amazon, then wipe/erase it completely empty clean...And Last ... Plugin your memory USB stick, or insert, upload/ update/ reinstall/ reprogram the hard drive/ Operating System of your brand new REMOTELY MANAGED & LOCKED MacBook Air from Amazon!
