I have been using 79 for years with no problems. This 400/79 has causes burning , blisters and itching. Awful to apply and doesn't cover very well. I'm going to be suffering for the next few days . In pain and feel sick. Stay away

Easy to apply, good price, quick delivery

I’ve used this shade quite a few times now. Although I appreciate it is semi permanent, it doesn’t last the advertised amount of washes. I wash my hair 1/2 times a week and find after 3 weeks it needs redoing. For the price it’s not terrible but would ideally like to not have to do my hair so often!! Also the gloss conditioner included is tiny, no where near enough to cover my whole hair! Overall not bad for the price point

I have been using the Demi permanent colour 79 for years but this new formula is awful. I'm so disappointed. At first I thought I'd done something wrong, but I've used this twice now to make sure, and this product leaves a thick, greasy residue all over the hair. So much so that I had to wash it all over again after trying to style it. Its like I've got a thick, matte wax in my hair. I'll definitely be switching to a different brand now. Given it 2 stars as it still did the job and coloured my greys but my hair looked greasy like I haven't washed it at all.
