works exactly as advertised
I have an ancient Nikon Coolpix 3200 which I haven't been willing to get rid of. Could not find the cable for it anywhere. The cable I ordered from Amazon worked great.

Not compatible for D3100
I have a Nikon D3100 and purchased it for it. It it not compatible with it. IDK y they put that in their list????????????????

I ordered for Nikon D3100 camera USB, but the usb doesn't fit in my D3100, after they refund the full amt. Product seems to be perfect, no issue in the item.

cables always better deal on amazon
i was apprehensive buying this cause i needed it to charge my camera not for data transfer. some people were saying it would not charge. for me to it did nothing at first, but i left it in anyway and at some point is started. i guess when your battery is dead as a door knob, it takes a little time for the show to get going....
