Did not do a thing for me. The needles I don’t even think scratched the surface of my skin. So I do not think any medicine even went in. I tried it first on my finger so I could feel what to expect on my face and nothing happened. Needle did not go in at all in order for the medicine to go in, I had to pinch my skin on my face and try to shove the needle in.Beware before buying this item and look at other reviews. Maybe I just got a bad batch.

i've only used this once so no clue if it will help me ..but i'm confused. apparently you use every 2 weeks (i thot it was weekly but if you do that it will last 3 weeks not 6) so you get enough serum for 3 treatments. & only one needle head with instructions to only reuse it ONCE. so ...that math is not working ...gonna have to use it a third time in order to do 3 treatments. i've looked at other brands & it's the same...some 3 treatments & 2 needle heads with STRICT instructions they are to be used ONLY once & discarded so wth? how are these people all crazy because i think i can do math on this level. i first thot it was a ploy to force you to buy more of their needle heads but no--not seeing those for sale. just one company i have found has them for approx $10-15 each (really?) & how do i know they'll for sure fit the system applicator i've got ? the only way to get more needles is to buy the whole system again it seems & then it's the never ending thing of ---never gonna have enough needles to do all the treatments unless you are reusing needles once or even twice ?? i can't be the only one seeing this conundrum

Love the serum, however they say you should only use the needles twice and only provide 1 needle cartridge with no way to order more needle cartridges and there are 3 bottles of serum which was way more plenty for several treatments. From what I understand you shouldn’t reuse these needle cartridges at all. I did sterilize mine with alcohol! On the plus side this is a USA based company! I had excellent results and they use all natural products so I hope they are in the learning phase! I’m going to contact them as their products are way less expensive and I had wonderful results first treatment!

I used this product and it’s absolutely amazing. It was easy to use, not that painful at all. The price was just right. My skin has improved significantly. It really works well on your skin. Serum is great! Skin is soft and smooth. Simply put I love it!

I will not order this again. First can’t say I’ve noticed much difference. Second, tearing off the metal protector from the vial is very difficult and dangerous. I’ve cut my finger twice trying to get it off.
