I bought it for flatulence odor. It has helped somewhat but I think I need to try a stronger one. I have rippled the dose but it makes a slight difference. The taste is OK..minty...I mix it in with water or some times a shake. Price wise it is very reasonable.

It works but in some bottles the mint does not taste as strong as the others. I make sure that I shake it up really good. I usually mix it with a bottle of water and chug it down . It lasts about two weeks or so before I need a new bottle. I may need to try another brand. I wish the mint strength was more consistent.
