Cold Laser Human/Vet Device with LED Display Targets Joint and Muscles for Infrared Light(2x808nm +12X650nm)

A must have if you have pains or occasional pains especially from daily exercising. I've had this unit for more than a year and use it morning, and evening around my ankles, calves, tops of bones in my feet, knees, or anywhere else, shoulder, lower back also. I use an elliptical machine every day, 42+ minutes, and right now, work a part time job where I'm on my feet and running around the whole time I work. Before I got this red light laser device, I was getting pains here and there, shoulders, knees, legs. A Year+ on in, no pains at all. The pain creams don't do justice since they I feel only mask pains. The user manual is so information. I highly recommend this device and have told others at my job about it also.

I purchased this product in December of 2023. I used it for both my pets and myself. It worked really great for 1 year and had a 1 year warranty, but then started having problems in January 2025 with the Red Light turning off after being on for only about 2 minutes. I sent an email to the seller to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong with the product. I received a reply back in less than 24 hours from Cindy in the marketing department who asked me to explain the problem. After explaining the problem and sending them a video, Cindy and her marketing & management team kindly sent me a replacement. I will most defintely buy products sold by KTS again. Great customer service!

Worked great 4-5 would no longer work and would not charge 5 different working outlets!!! So bought one now it does not charge or work same 5 working outlets! Desperately need this lumbar and my right hip has a cyst from trauma ice fall 12/14/2024 and lawsuit $150,000 medical bills now doing everything to put off another rip hip cyst surgery at 68 Taught step yoga etc classes 27 years thank God I was fit or my lumbar and hips would be shattered! Please Advise about both choices Thank you

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Advertise it for dogs yet they don't mention one word about dogs in the "manual". It could be harmful - assuming that because it comes with shaded safety glasses so you don't hurt your eyes. I really wanted this to work but I was not going to use it on my dog without some type of info you would find in a manual. Nonexistent customer service. They say "12 hour response" but my question it took them 4 days to get back to me and all they did is ask what product I bought and what my Amazon order # was (of course they automatically had that). After this stall tactic I responded with the product/order number and 4 days later they responded with "product works great for dogs" and that was it. I speak perfectly good English but did not receive that in return. Do your dog a favor DO NOT BUY. It was expensive and completely useless.

Helps with my neck, hand and leg pain. Comfortable to hold and charges with USB-C. It took me a little time to work the power and timer buttons correctly. After a few tries I had it figured out. Maybe it was just me. I get several uses out of one charge cycle. For me, it helps to move it around in a small area then to hold in one place. On really bad days I may repeat treatment one or two times after some rest. Easy for travel, with or without its custom case. I have recommended it to some friends. PS. I think it would be even better if it had a light vibration mode included.

I can’t say enough positive about this! After wrecking my ankle badly at work (broke my ankle joint in two spots and caused my foot arch to collapse, I needed it reconstructed. To deal with discomfort rather then use opioids I tried this after my own physiotherapist used something sinilar but same tech. This thing works great! Still going strong after a couple years too. Instant relief for joint pain etc just an investment of time

Lo compré para continuar mi terapia de hombro en casa, y me fue muy útil ya que me alivié más rápido. Ahora lo uso para todo, cuando me duele la rodilla o la zona lumbar o para la familia cuando se lastiman en cualquier parte. Tengo con el dos años y no le ha pasado nada, funciona igual que de nuevo.

Our Rottweiler developed a serious limp and became overweight. The vet told us that surgery would be in the thousands. Both hips and possibly a knee. We were crushed. Six is too young to go. I bought this IR therapy device and after a couple months she regained mobility. This all started in August. I’m happy to say that she is down 16 pounds and her limp is almost 100 percent gone. Twice daily for ten minutes is what we have been doing. She seems to enjoy it actually. I think it has a calming effect on her. She’s up to two walks a day and she can climb stairs and jump on the couch (bad girl!) with no trouble. We’re just relieved we have her back to normal . Great product. I’m using it on my elbow now.

The device works great, it’s been used on a sprained knee, sprained ankle, shoulders with calcification tendinitis & bursitis. There is one glitch, even when fully charged it will not turn on unless plugged in. Once turned on while plugged in it can be unplugged and used on battery. It’s an annoying glitch in an otherwise great device.

Machine works great but it came missing the carrying case and charger.
