Product is good, but installation took more than a week time

Defective Product & No Support from Eureka Forbes
Very bad experience. The product is defective and not working properly. The technician from Eureka Forbes visited and deinstalled the machine, but no repair or replacement has been provided even after 2 weeks. Customer support is very slow and no proper response is being given. The product is currently unusable and causing inconvenience. Not recommended.

Water spills on us when we close the tap, not well engineered, very minute thing not taken care. No glass stand at the bottom of Aquaguard

Worst quality of product
There is a water leakage from external filter from second month . Eureka technician visited and asked me to pay 1100 saying it is not covered In warranty. Eureka support couldn’t provide proper explanation why it is not covered in warranty though there is no physical damage or wear and tear . Please donot buy this fraud product and stay away from this untrustworthy company . Quality of the product is worst .i hope nobody goes through this pain.
