Excellent Overall Experience.
I chose this grill over similar priced products from Monument and Charbroil. And I am glad I did. There were several factors that led to my decision. 1. Performance a. There is much less variation in temperature across the grill at all temperature levels – you are not battling hot spots. b. The grill can cook at a significantly lower temperature c. The sear zone occupies half the grill. And you can use that area for normal grilling when not searing. 2. Clean-up a. The grill has a pull-out drip pan which speeds up the process significantly 3. This is the only one that will likely last past 10 years. And it is also the only one where all the major parts of warrantied for a decade. a. The Monument grills have very thin metal. You can flex the metal on the top of the grill with a single finger. 4. The grill size fits my needs. I opted to assemble the grill myself. It was remarkably easy to do. I cannot recall ever having an easier time assembling something. This is a credit to the folks at Weber who did a fantastic job illustrating the steps and bundling the fasteners. You can tell they though this process through and tested it. It took me about 20 minutes to unpackage everything (which I did first). The packaging itself was excellent. It did an awesome job protecting the grill while still being both compact and efficient. It is really easy to breakdown the boxing materials for recycling. Cleanup from unboxing and assembly was maybe 10 minutes. It took me about 1 hour to assemble the grill. I assemble the stand on my kitchen table and the rest of it on the floor beside the table. If I had a better work area available, I might have been able to do it a little faster. I found that I only needed a Philips head screwdriver for everything expect 4th bolt for each side table – for that I needed the included Allen wrench. The first thing I cooked was a set of ribeye’s. I used the sear zone to create the crosshatch pattern and finished the steaks at medium heat. It took roughly 8 minutes total to get the 1.5-inch steaks to about 130 degrees (I have a meat thermometer). They came out perfect. This was easy. But what made it easy was that the grill was predictable at every point. You can spend more and get better grills with more features, but at the $499 price, this is about as good as one could hope for. Everything about this experience worked as smoothly as it could. This is five GOLD stars. There were a few other things I acquired to support my new grill that are worth your consideration. • A grill light. It was dark out when I grilled and having a light shine directly on the grill made everything easy to see. • Weber Grill tools. These tools are well designed and have the correct hooks to work effectively with the tool hooks on the grill. • Grill gloves with extra-long mitts. o They are really helpful when cleaning the grill plates or reaching towards the back of the grill o It is kind of like a luxury-safety purchase. I never used them before, but I sure feel safer having some added protection for tasks where I need to reach over the flame. A few additional thoughts and comments • The sear zone works very well. If you set all the burners to high and close the lid, the grill will heat up to almost 600 degrees. When you enable the sear zone on the two burners (and close the lid), the overall temperature on the gauge goes to about 800 degrees (the zone itself is probably a little hotter because only 2 of the 3 burners are used for the zone). o This is really helpful for steaks and chops where a good sear is beneficial. If you do not cook these types of things often, you can save some money by purchasing the next model down without the sear zone. • This is new 2025 model (updated design). Not everything from prior 300 series will work with this grill. It is possible that Weber could expand its accessories and options for this model in the future. • The wheels are made of plastic. They work fine. o If you think you will need to move this grill a lot or on different terrains, you may need to consider a different grill or possibility an alternative wheel set (I am not sure if anyone makes alternative wheels yet for the 2025 model line). • You may need a bigger sized grill if you plan to cook for a lot of people. • If you read the reviews for Weber grills, you will notice a lot of people commenting about how this model is not as robust as the models of 10 and 20 years ago. o The older models have more metal parts (less plastic) and use thicker metal, but it is worth noting that they were also more expensive when inflation is considered. o The fact that this grill cooks rather evenly suggests that the cook box is the appropriate thickness. Making a grill thicker than it needs to be does not necessarily improve performance or durability. If the grill is too thin, it will perform poorly o Larger grills and hotter grills benefit from more thickness (to help them cook evenly).

Weber grill 5 star
Love this gas grill, heats up quickly, plenty of surface for cooking. Very easy to clean. Cooking grills are two pieces allowing to clean in kitchen sink or outdoors. Good heat distribution. seems durable so far. Fits well on our patio

Great for searing steaks
Had it for 3 months now and it’s excellent. Good basic grilling and great for steaks on the sear setting

Nice grill, a bit expensive
I have mixed feelings about this grill. First off, it took over a month for Amazon to ship it from when I purchased. When it finally did arrive it had a part that was already damaged - one of the sides of the grill had a nasty bend and dent. It took me under 2 hours to fully assemble the grill by myself. I took my time and went through the instructions as best I could. The assembly instructions used pictographs but could have been a lot more clear. The parts and build quality did not meet my expectations for a grill of this price. It uses a lot of flimsy sheet metal and easily bending parts. Make sure you really take your time with assembly and avoid the urge to brute force anything into place. After assembly I hooked up a propane bottle and tested the grill. It lit up right away and I'm sure I'll be happy with it, minus the dinged up side. I feel like this grill should cost more in the $400 range with it's build quality. I have a Weber charcoal grill that I used for many years and am very happy with it which is why I went with a Weber for my propane grill purchase.

Amazing value!
Dude this thing is freaking awesome man. Assembly was a breeze, and the build itself feels solid. It definitely feels quality for the price, and performs just as well. I ran it straight out of the box and it easily reached above 700 degrees. Granted I live in an area at sea level. The two boost burners can also get crazy hot and you definitely can get a great sear on any piece of meat. There’s also enough room to cook indirectly low and slow as well. Overall, I really don’t think there’s a better value grill at this price point. Great purchase!

This Weber could last 20 years like my last Weber
This Weber Spirit E-325 LPG grill is to replace my 20-year old Weber Genesis LPG grill and was delivered 6 days after ordered. Both are designed to be solid once put together properly, which I did myself and it took me 3.5 hours. The grill comes from Amazon in many parts packed into a 32in (81cm)w x 26in (66cm)d x 20in (50cm)h box that weighs about 90lbs (41kg). Have a table on which to place smaller parts as you unpack and check the inventory. As you assemble the base be careful to make sure you have the correct feet in the correct corners. I tried to make one fit where it didn't belong and ruined a part "A" screw. Luckily there is a bag of "extra parts" containing a screw "A" and a cotter pin so I was able to.complete me assembly. In assembling the drip tray know that the chrome wire part will spring to wedge itself into the hole provided, and this has to be in place before the sheet metal "tent" can snap on. See pictures. Other reviews speak about fast pre-heat but for me setting to a stable roasting temp of 350⁰F (177⁰C) or a low smoking temp is more important. If you set the middle burner to about 80% of full on you'll get 350⁰F (177⁰C). Setting the far right or far left burner to 25% is the lowest temp available, and gives a stable temp of about 160⁰F (71⁰C), a little to high for warm smoking. You could do cold smoking by not using any burner. I find that the Sprit grill is narrower and shallower than my old Genesis grill. The bracket for the rotisserie motor from my Weber Genesis gas grill will fit perfectly on the new grill but the spit is longer. I think it'll work though. I also have to remove the center flavorizer bar to keep the chicken from impacting on it unless it's a very small bird. I can put some foil over the center burner to keep it clean since I won't be using the center burner for roasting at 350⁰F as mentioned above.

Wrong parts sent to me after I assembled the grill
I recently purchased a Weber Spirit grill, and while I’ve always heard great things about the brand, the quality control on this unit was unacceptable. Upon unboxing, I noticed a dent in the handle. I was willing to overlook that, but as I got further into the assembly, I hit a major roadblock. The bottom panel where the gas tank sits and the doors attach was manufactured incorrectly. The pre-drilled holes for the door hinges were placed backwards, making it impossible to install the doors properly. It is extremely disappointing to spend this much money and several hours on assembly only to find out the core components were put together wrong at the factory. I don't want to go through the hassle of disassembling the entire grill to return it; I just want the correct bottom panel sent to me. For a premium brand, I expected much better attention to detail.

Sears meat
The sear zone allows me to sear meat and cook to medium rare inside. I bought the unit for this feature and it works. Otherwise, assembly was easy. Quality is good. Value is OK.

Built to last – Weber warranty and reliability are hard to beat
This is our second Weber, and the last one lasted us about 15 years, so that alone made the decision easy to stick with Weber again. One of the biggest reasons is their warranty and support. Over the years, anytime we had minor issues (igniter, heat shields, small wear parts), Weber customer service was great. A quick call and they sent replacement parts without any hassle. Realistically, we only needed to replace or service something every few years, and that was with regular use. If you take care of it, clean it annually, keep it covered, and maintain it properly, these things are pretty much bulletproof. Performance-wise, it heats evenly and gives you good control across the grill thanks to the burner setup and heat distribution. Makes cooking easy whether you’re doing a quick dinner or something more involved. Size-wise, it’s perfect for a family of 4–5, but you can easily cook for 6+ when needed. Great for regular use and still capable when you’ve got people over. If you want a BBQ that’s going to last and actually be supported long-term, Weber is tough to beat.

Nice to assemble
I cannot understand comments about this being hard to assemble or taking 5 hours. Compared to assembling an Ikea Hemnes bed this was a cake walk. I made one mistake with the wheel assembly which was easy to redo. Took maybe 90 mins maybe less and was mostly a pleasure building something so solid and well designed. My only nitpick is the plastic wheels, no biggie. This is I think the 5th barbecue I've put together from various manufacturers and by far the easiest. Only one moment required a second person to help. Possible without, but much easier with 2. It's not cheap for the spec and size, but I feel it's worth the extra.
