Bodum 11160-01UK-3 Bistro Electric Blade Grinder, Matt Black

I really like Boden products. They always seem so well designed and are great quality. This coffee grinder is no exception. Solid construction, well weighted and functions as it should. I know I could have purchased lots of cheaper alternatives, but I know this item will last the test of time functionally. It also looks great.

Super little machine, works wonders if making breadcrumbs, chopping nuts and of course, coffee beans and very quick and quiet. Downside, can’t clean under the blade.

As a long term coffee lover I decided to up my game and switched from instant to beans alongside the Aero Press. This little grinder does the job really well. It’s powerful and easy to operate. Speed is not adjustable but thats fine by me. When it comes to cleaning I turn it upside down, give it a little shake and few taps plus swipe out all the remaining coffee with my finger. Just don’t feel comfortable using wet sponge or any other cloth so I don’t encourage rust. Overall I’m very happy with my little grinder.

This is THE BEST coffee bean grinder on the planet. Forget the manual hand turning ones, this is not 1915. You pop the beans in and hold it like a can with the easy presale button depressed. I shake it a bit to get every bean done - my thing. It is hard wearing and solid, a good make and a great price. The fella loves it

Powerful little grinder - ideally I need a proper burr grinder but it’s a pain to find something compact and small unless they’re hand grinders which isn’t practical for me at the moment. So I picked this brand as they designed the original cafetière. At first use I was worried this is only best for filter coffee as it doesn’t quite get the granules perfect for espresso brew AND the coffee does warm up a tad teeny weeny bit. Not enough to burn the coffee but still may deter some of the taste. But that’s easily fixed by using cool coffee beans from the fridge. So I’ve learnt to grind in bursts I first grind till all the coffee are chopped then wiggle the pit around and do bursts of grind to balance out. This allows me to use the coffee for espresso shots - obviously burr grinder will probably give me a better golden crème but for now (past month) I’m happy using this until I’m decided on which counter top grinder I want.Also the lid isn’t secure so don’t be silly and lift it by the lid or turn upside down it will spill. Not a problem for me as I only grind about 2/4 shots at a time.

We use this to grind coffee beans and it works great. No issues with it at all and a good size for storage.

really liked the look of this grinder and the first two or three times I used it was really impressed,unfortunately, the fourth time I used it it broke completely, just died and has never worked since,as I was only using it once every few weeks, by the time it broke it was several months after purchase and so was too late to return it to Amazon,I contacted Bodum directly to complain about the apparent poor quality of their product but, after requiring videos of the product not functioning + other info, their response was simply to say that because I purchased this through Amazon rather than directly from them it was nothing to do with Bodum and not their problem,super disappointed, won't be buying any Bodum products in future
