These are good quality. The texture is good for kids to chew, and they taste good. They do seem to help my kids calm down at bedtime.

It's effectively good; my little one likes it, asking for another one every time. But I can't give him more. He really likes it. I give it to him 30 minutes before bedtime; he sleeps peacefully at night until morning.

Our pediatrician recommended these for our son who has difficulty sleeping, concentrating, and controlling his anger. Great buy! I was super hesitant about these working. My 9 year old just loves to chatter as he's going to sleep. It's like his little mind, doesn't know how to be still. I got these, because I definitely didn't want to use melatonin due to the body getting used to it and not producing its own melatonin properly.. anytime he's overly wound up and can't fall asleep, I give him one gummy and he's out within 15 minutes. He sleeps through the night and is usually in a pretty good mood in morning, since he got a good night's sleep. These have been a wonderful find. Have already bought more in preparation of when the first bottle runs out. If your kid has problems sleeping, try there for sure. Hopefully they help your little as much as they helped mind
