It doesn't work. They are into oil selling and this is just a brand extension. I had been using Man Matters Water Softener and thought I will give this a try. Not only did it not soften the water, my hair fall worsened which had gone done when using Man Matters

Very nice product I am using it in Ghaziabad where water is very hard but after using this product I never felt dry skin or other hard water patch issue on my face or hair
