Review: Great for anyone; to keep you on task, organized, and positive. - Six years ago I suffered a mild traumatic brain injury. Since that time I still have trouble with my short term memory, and I have headaches daily which change in intensity. I have seen a neuro psych and a chronic pain therapist who both suggest that I keep a journal. That my life requires more planning than it used to. I have tried several planners, I prefer planners that have an hour by hour option for planning my day. It helps me get to where I need to get to. In addition to an hour by hour setup, I need to see the whole month it helps me to visualize when things are. I might not remember what day my dentist appointment is, but I will remember that it is a Wednesday. (It just helps for visualizing and remembering.) I like the week by week section, each week, I can take a few minutes to figure out the highlights for the week so I don't miss something important. Each daily page has a place for your daily habit, exercises, daily affirmation, what you are grateful for, why today will be great, today's priorities, to dos, schedule, notes, and end of day review for today's wins and how you will improve. Every night since my kids were little I asked them to name three things they were grateful for every day before bed and three things they really enjoyed from the day. Sometimes negative things can overwhelm good things, and when you stop seeing and appreciating the good things you just generate bad. I also think a grateful heart is a happy heart, even if the only thing my kids and I could be grateful for that that day was a juicy Apple, at least we had that. I like the grateful part in the morning, it sets up your day, but I would also add one at the end, in case you derailed somewhere along the day. This planner keeps me super organized, and keeps me positive. One thing they tell those of us with chronic pain, is that we should learn to meditate, to keep us in working order. I find it so much easier to meditate when my day is out of my head and on paper, otherwise when I would meditate I was afraid I would lose my day's schedule.

**Q: How many daily planning pages are there in this planner ? i don't understand why the seller does not provide clear information on that !!**
A: Short answer: 185 daily pages (6months). Long answer, it's not published, cause it depends on how you use the planner. If you use it 7 days/wk, it will last 185 days. If you're like me and your weekends are less structured and don't require the same prioritization, it will last longer (120% longer to be exact).

**Q: Other than size, what's the difference between the regular and the ProPanda? I love daily planners.**
A: Hi Suzanne,I love planners too! :) My previous planner had my daily schedule, as well as my weekly view split into two pages each. For this new version, they have condensed that information into one page each (one page for weekly scheduling/review and one page for daily scheduling). I like the new layout better because it doesn't seem quite so overwhelming and I don't feel like I have to jump around as much. I also did not have the sections for "distractions" and "insights gained" in my previous planner, so I am really happy to have those additions as well. I think they will help me to identify what is keeping me from being productive, as well as to track the new skills/knowledge I am gaining...which is pretty gratifying to see. I hope this helps! I think you will really like this planner!

**Q: How many pages are there for each of the month, week, and day sections? If I use the planner every day, how long will it last?**
A: Each month spreads across 2 pages (12 months worth provided); weekly overview is on one page (26 weeks provided); daily is on one page also (180 days provided).

**Q: What is the exercise/focus portion for?**
A: Focus: I use it to hone in on a specific area I want to improve, I.e. Thought life. Exercise: used to set exercise goals whatever it may be mental, physical etc.
