SI relief
This is a very nice and effective belt to reduce pain associated with low back pain/ SI joint pain. This belt isn’t intended to cure your back issues, but it has given me comfort during my SI joint episodes. The belt is a nice looking color and it is adjustable to your needs.I am a 34” waist and the large fits perfectly.

This belt is a miracle for anyone with lower back pain!
This is the only thing that has eliminated my sacro iliac pain, and it's such a simple device!! Just adjust the velcro straps and that's it! Physical therapy didn't help, Advil and heating pads only helped for a short time, but this belt is simply amazing. And I only need to wear it for an hour or two every other day. It doesn't impede any movement, doesn't show up under clothes, and is super comfortable. I'll be bringing it when I hike the Camino de Santiago, walking 15 miles a day carrying a 13 pound pack. It's really a miracle and I bought one as a gift for a friend with hip pain. I'd give this 100 stars if I could. Thank you!

Works for Pregnancy Related Pains
I’m pregnant and my midwife recommended this belt after I started having pubic and SI joint pain. It’s been great! It took me a while to figure out how best to put it on and position it but now it’s pretty quick and easy. It holds my hips together and makes a world of difference. It can be uncomfortable if you’re sitting for longer periods. It’s definitely meant for standing and walking around. They say you can wear it over or under clothes. I recommend over because it can dig into your skin and be uncomfortable that way. I wish Velcro wasn’t so loud but that’s not the fault of the product.

It works!!!
The product held up and helped my lower back. It’s only Velcro. But I kept on for about 2 hours and it helped.

It’s like a bra for Pregnancy Pelvic Pain
In my 18th week of pregnancy, I started to develop pain in my saddle region (upper thighs). After 6 weeks of suffering, I pressured my doctor for a solution. Enter: physical therapy. This brand of belt came recommended by my physical therapist (who specializes in pelvic pain). I can tell a big difference between an active day of wearing it vs not wearing it. It greatly reduces my pain and achy-ness at the end of the day. I feel very supported by this belt, and it keeps my pelvis aligned, minimizing pain. The instructions were easy to follow, and the size chart was true to size.I’m going into my 3rd trimester with an August due date, so wearing lots of dresses these days. This belt conceals nicely under a flowy dress. At home or with pants, I wear the belt over my pants, and it’s covered by my shirt. My only cons:-The more pregnant I get, the more uncomfortable it is to sit in/get in and out of the car with the belt on. It needs to be snug to be supportive, but when that belly settles in a chair, it sits differently than when you’re standing. I try to losen it, and it helps while sitting. You can play with the elastic expanders too.- The more pregnant, the more I have to pee, which means taking the belt off and on. It’s annoying, especially with a dress.. but the benefits greatly outweigh the cons. You just have to adapt!

The Serola Belt has been a real Godsend for me!
I have suffered over 4 hrs with excruciating nerve pain, burning, and spasms (lower lumbar spine, just below ribs, pelvic & groin region, hips, and thighs front & back to knees) due to a kind of dysplasia with both left and right SI Joints which has largely restricted activity (bending, twisting, squatting, lounge standing & walking, sleeping--everything!) I have been through multiple regimes of drugs, injections, physical therapy, massage, heat, Theracane, TENS Unit, support pillows, adjustable mattress, compression products, etc etc. and am currently wrestling with my insurance to cover SI-Bone joint surgery. Though I was once very active, the condition kept me most of the time on my back, which affects my happiness and potentially could affect my overall health. While researching online in mid' November 2016, I found the Serola belt, which has since been a real Godsend for me (I wish it had been recommended to me earlier by my pain management specialist or physical therapist, since another physical therapist told me the belt is widely used and recommended by many). No, it does not eliminate ALL the pain, however it noticeably improves overall relief and keeps my pain to a lower level. I wear mine 24-7 and have had to train myself with it at night to life on back with pelvis straight and legs flat. The belt adds the necessary support when ordered in proper size by chart, and worn in the right place according to instructions online & in booklet found in packaging (bottom of belt should be where front Jean pockets begin). It took nearly a month to adjust to properly to wearing it (correct placement & tightness) and deriving it's benefits, partly because I did not 1st initially read all instructions enclosed in packaging, and largely due to the extreme Inflammation I had up to the purchase of the belt. Time and patience was needed to learn and to allow the inflammation to gradually go down as I faithfully kept the belt on. Since, I have been able to stand and walk for longer periods and reduce a lot of my meds. The belt is a darker color worn low, and it is comfortable, very sturdy, and has very strong velcro that will not come loose. The straps on both sides can be pulled and secured to just the right hold needed to restrict movement of the SI Joints, while not restricting me from normal overall physical movement. I have gone to pulling mine very snugly and only take it off for showering to use the bathroom. In bed, wearing the belt and using a firm half-round bolster under my knees has helped immensely. I was surprised to realize the amount of pain, discomfort and overall tension that had been accumulating as I had just normalized and coped with it--even while drastically curtailing or drastically reducing my day to day activity. The Solera belt has allows me to stand and work in kitchen longer, drive and sleep more comfortably, and walk for longer distances at the store. Because I have been able to lessen the drugs I take and sleep a little better, I feel sharper, happier, and more relaxed. The money is worth it and the belt, when introduced along with the other measures I was taking, has helped a lot. I would highly recommend it. One more note: upon visiting another physical therapist, I was met with professionals who were very familiar with the belt and have been using it for their patients for a long time. She was also happy to visually evaluate me to ensure belt placement was correct. I have told my doctor and massage therapists, as well as a few people I've met with same issues.
