Good product but poor delivery service

if you have sensitive skin, please use this product with caution!! I purchased this cleanser based on recommendations of a persian blogger named Saina, and after using it for the first time, my skin developed red patches and irritation. this appears to be an an allergic or sensitivity reaction. unfortunately the cleanser was not compatible with my skin.

I first heard about this face wash from an influencer (Saina), and it’s truly the best I’ve ever used. I also own Tatcha Deep Cleanse, and honestly, this face wash can compete with high-end brands like Tatcha. I use a makeup balm first, then follow with this cleanser, and it leaves my skin feeling flawless. Just note it’s not a makeup remover, it’s strictly a face wash. I really want to try other products from this brand since i heard a lot about them.

A pea-sized amount works perfectly on damp skin. It’s not suitable for the eye area, but it leaves the skin soft and glowing. I really like it—I’ve already repurchased it twice and will definitely buy more! I have a mix skin!
