I bought this insole in October 2025 mainly for my plantar fasciitis. At that time my heel pain was really bothering me, especially when walking inside the house. Now it’s been around 8 months of use, and I can honestly say my plantar fasciitis is more better. I use this almost every day inside my shoes at home, basically all day except sleeping time. What I really like is the heel part still feels soft even after long use. It didn’t become flat or hard. It still gives that cushion support to my heel which helped me a lot. The size was a little big when I got it, but that was not an issue. I just cut it as per my foot size and it fit perfectly and it is very easy to cut also. For me this worked much better than other things I tried before. Good quality, long lasting, and really helpful for heel pain especially no odor. Overall I feel very satisfied. If you have plantar fasciitis like me, this is worth trying.

Been using these insoles for a while. Ever since my original red wing ones were discontinued I went in a massive search for anything that would work. I used these $80 ones for a while but I work construction and walking around 100 miles a month on hard concrete nothing last very long. These are way more affordable to swap out every 4-6 months and I’m very pleased I get that long out of them. The arch support is pretty good. They’re super easy to cut and replace. They relieve my pain quite a bit and they don’t hold a ton of odor. The sizing is great, my boots are square toe and I have plenty of room to cut them the way I need.

Size is perfect, durability on it is good, arch height is also perfect, foot support feels good, also is a good pain relief in my feet, and easy to trim to size. I work in a warehouse for 12hours on my feet, and it feels good.

These are great! They fit right into my shoes. I didn't have to cut or trim them at all. They're really eased the aches in my feet and I can stand and walk for much longer.

The heel and arch support is great but the ball of the foot area doesn't have much support or padding. Just thin foam that goes flat by mid morning.

I've tried MANY insoles in a whole range of prices. This is the best pair I've ever bought at any price. I needed no break-in time and they are very comfortable.
