This was written 01/2025:I'm not here to badmouth this item. It did what it was supposed to do. However, when I received mine out of the batch, we had good times for a couple days. Then it did the weirdest thing. It showed it was charging with no cables attached. So I rebooted the battery, and it did it again. So off to refund you go! Don't be fooled by reviews. Go with Anker, something familiar and reliable. 1 star.Updated review 2/2025:I was shipped a defective charger. Cuktech reached out to me and offered a free replacement. Being that we're in the era of future and evolving technology, I decided to take their offer. The new charger was shipped to me pretty quickly. It works just as it says it would. Plus, you need at least two of these if you have alot of battery-operated devices you carry around daily. So, to finalize this review, if you want a cool device that charges all your crap and you're a gadget person who just has to make sure everything is charged all the time, this is the one stop shop for you. On top of that, you have great customer service that reaches out to help if you need it. They are courteous and timely when it comes to solving technical issues with their products. 25,000 can ya hear me?

Compré este cargador por todo lo que prometía. Cuando recibí el cargador presentó una falla a unas cuantas semanas la compañía se comunicó conmigo vía correo para ver cómo hacía sido mi experiencia con el cargador. Le expliqué la situación y me dieron otro de reemplazo y funciona a la perfección. Este cargador cumple todo lo que promete.

Edited June 24, 2025:My first impression of this power bank was of significant concern, due to noticing it trying to draw more power than my charging block was rated for (24W vs 20W), resulting in the bank not charging, and the charging block becoming extremely hot. After shifting to different cords and blocks, I was able to get the unit charging properly, and then had a fantastic vacation using it as my backup to charge phones, watches, etc. flawlessly. I’ve been in touch with customer service, and I believe they’re working on troubleshooting the issue. I was able to get it working properly with charging blocks from other manufacturers, but I’ve now also paired it with a Cuktech 100 W charger, and it seems to work flawlessly. I’m very happy with the purchase as a whole, and how the unit functions, with the exception of the very odd electrical and heat issue initially. I still think that it would be very important to either come with an appropriate charging block, or at least have a bundle option or recommendation, etc.

This portable power supply is a lifesaver when using my laptop out side the office. Whatever electronics you have if you use USB or USBC to power it this is perfect for you. Simple and easy to use a good value for the money charges quickly, and most importantly has plenty of power. I don’t know how to actually measure the capacity in the real world, but for a day of work, it can keep my laptop going with no problems and still have enough to also charge my phone.

I have no idea if this is an isolated case but my unit discharges very quickly, my phone has a 5060 mAh battery and the power bank only charges it once, I will continue testing it for a few days.
