EWG rating of 3, lovely staying power, not overly drying, amazing colors to choose from, under $9??? Could this stuff be any better??? Personaly, I don't think so. I love it. but I do understand some of the complaints. If you want this to wear well, you do need to let it dry down completely. It absolutely CAN be sticky if you put it on too thick, and then, like nail polish, it just won't ever really dry down. I do not think it is actually drying to the lips, although I have noticed there are slight differences in this between colors. But in order to have the best possible look, comfort, and application, you really need to exfoliate, and then prep with a good chapstick. I use lanolin, actually, and it works great. Knee-high is a fantastic color if you're a soft summer with neutral to cool olive skin. As far as hours of wear, yeah, you're not going to look perfect after 12 hours. BUT, if you french-style smudge it out in light layers, let it dry, and have properly prepped your lips, you can absolutely get a gorgeous 5 hours even with eating and drinking. I think that's as realistic as you can ask for, and for the price and ingredients, that makes it a winner.

I have multiple shades of the teddy tint. I love how long lasting it is. It will last most of the day through eating and drinking. The color range is good. It goes on sticky with a more intense color, but one tap of a tissue, and it’s dry and lasts all day. It’s also very affordable compared to many others I’ve tried and lasts longer

I got two different colors and I love them both. I'm a sucker for a good lipstick and this blurring stain matte is just right. It lasts a long time, hours and goes well with my skin tone. I don't usually buy this brand, but they hit it out of the park and compared to other more expensive brands, I'd buy this one for sure.

This will stay on for hours, even after you brush your teeth. The color is pretty and you can layer it to make it darker. The only draw back is that it remains sticky for a long time. It takes over an hour for it to dry.

I love the Teddy shade — the color is gorgeous and the tint lasts incredibly well. It stayed on through my morning coffee and lunch and still looked great hours later. The formula doesn’t ball up or get patchy, which is a huge plus. A reliable, long‑wear lip tint that actually delivers.

Purchased shade Mascara tear after seeing it go viral. It really is a beautiful vampy shade that can be toned up or down depending on the lip liner you use. My biggest issue is it is SO sticky and never dries down. When you talk you just feel your lips sticking together and peeling apart. Had this issue no matter how little or how much product I applied. It is just the formula. On the bright side, it’s pretty long lasting without touchups if worn normally but will not survive eating and drinking.

Super pretty! My new favorite lip product. It works better as a “blotted lip” type of look. I found they last a pretty long time on me and it doesn’t dry my lips out. The color I have on in the photo is “ribbon tied”.

Love the color. And this stuff STAYS ON until you wash it off. I've put it on in the morning - drink coffee/tea, water all day including meals of all kinds. You want to put it on and then let it dry for at least 15 minutes. Not too thick. It is a tiny bit cakey. It is very matte as most of the 'stains' are. It doesn't taste or smell weird. It does tend to dry out your lips. So I recommend night time moisture. I did try a number of colors but this one is the one I use the most. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Me llamó mucho la atención este labial de Maybelline por ser mate y de larga duración, además de tener colores nude ideales para esta temporada de primavera-verano. El tono que elegí fue el “115 Coffee Date”, un color entre café y vino, es de los más oscuros de la colección. El aplicador es de felpa, lo que hace que la aplicación sea suave y difuminable; incluso puedes usar el dedo para crear un efecto de tinta coreana. Eso sí, hay que actuar rápido porque, una vez seco, es imposible moverlo. Por cierto, no percibí ningún olor en el producto. En cuanto a la sensación: *Textura: Es de consistencia ligera, se siente como si no tuvieras nada puesto, solo un poco pegajoso al aplicarlo. *Durabilidad: Lo probé durante las comidas y solo se desvanece un poco pero es de alta durabilidad. *Remoción: Es imposible quitarlo solo con una servilleta; necesitas sí o sí un desmaquillante bifásico o aceite. Mi resumen: Es un labial de larga duración con efecto mate que aguanta toda la jornada laboral sin retocar. Pero recomiendo solo aplicarlo una vez ya que la Segunda capa queda apelmazada. En lo personal, lo volvere a comprar.

I should never choose a lip colour online and I find this colour waaaay too dark but holy mole..what staying power! My students used to ask why I only wear lipstick first thing in the morning but this stuff stays on all day, does not crack or fade. Very happy. Will buy another shade though!
