Very pleased ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not pigmented for all skin tones *by T***. on March 29, 2026* I REALLY wanted this to work,it seemed like the perfect pallet for my hazel eyes but it is absolutely not pigmented like advertisement and other consumers have claimed. I used a primer on my skin, a Morphe foundation (buildable) & skintastic full coverage powder on my eyes & I had to really (like 10 ) layer it on & even then, once I got out in the sunlight I could tell it was uneven.
