Just like OEM
My CPAP Med equipment supplier sold me the Air-Mini with the larger, bulkier, 22mm ID (Inner Diameter) tubing to fit my Philips Respironics Dreamwear nasal mask. This OEM-compatible 15mm ID is lighter and more compact and needs only an Amazon-sold adapter for my nasal mask.

This did not work for me.
I never got a great connection to my mini res med Cpap machine with this tube. I couldn’t return because I went past my 30 day return window by a few days. It is not a quality product. Buy only res med replacement parts for your res med machine.

Good quality material. Works well and fits perfect. Seems like it will last a while.

Usable, Though Not OEM‑Precise
Decent product overall. The fit isn’t perfect, but it still works as intended. The connections are slightly off, though not enough to cause any real issues, and it has performed reliably so far. As with many offshore products, the specs can differ a bit from the OEM.
