Finally, the nootropics (Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, and L-Tyrosine) actually do have a noticeable effect. In my experience, they’ve made me feel relaxed and made it far easier to focus now that I’m not using nicotine as a crutch. I’ve found it very easy to be laser focused on even incredibly monotonous tasks at work while using these pouches. It’s also worth mentioning that the nootropics in these pouches do a great job at counteracting the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal for those trying to quit. I’ve noticed drastically less brain fog, irritability, and lack of focus than I did prior to using these pouches. This is a very high quality product at a decent price…I recommend anyone trying to get off tobacco products give this product a try. 10/10.

It’s a great alternative to nicotine if you’re trying to quit without caffeine jitters. Flavor is ok and it’ll make you have to use the bathroom like a typical nicotine pouch. I saw “no artificial sweeteners” and thought it was made with real sugar so I was pretty devastated when I tried it, got a headache, then realized that it’s sweetened with Stevia. It’s on me for not reading in more depth but I just won’t be able to get any more. Stevia gives me splitting headaches and I prefer no sweetener or real sugar, fingers crossed I can find a different brand that matches my needs.

I would give this a five star review, as these pouches have good flavor and are useful replacement for zyn. BUT the pouches in my last few cans are disintegrating in my mouth after 30 minutes, which is not nice.

I have been using ZYN pouches going on 3 years and feel it is time to quit. I went from 6mg down to 3mgs, but still do about a can every 1.5 days. I just don't like being a slave to something. It really sucks and isn't great for my bank account when I look at how much I spend over a longer period of time. I bought these to try to taper down & maybe alternate ZYN & NZE. The size is comparable to a ZYN, which is really great, they are even a little bit puffier which I like. I got the Spearmint flavor and it is tasty. Doesn't taste like chemicals. I wish it was a little spicier personally, but that's only because I like the burn. The oral fixation is satisfied and it gets me through. I am hoping to transition to these and get completely off of ZYNs. I will try to come back with an update in a month. I didn't really notice too much of an affect in terms of focus or anything, but that's fine with me. It's just to get me off the Nicotine. I feel less guilty about these and am excited to keep using them. I really see this as helping me kick nicotine for good.

The product lasts a bit longer than 2 hours but it loses it freshness, while it’s in the first couple hours it’s very pleasant and you almost forget it’s there. Just a constant stream of very mint, slight focus improvement, and a sweet taste. I think with how the sweetener is added, something like peppermint would be a better buy. It’s very sweet tasting.
