This hot tub is amazing! There’s a built in pump and heater so nothing to get in the way when walking around the tub. It keeps the temperature very consistent and easily tracked on the app via WiFi. The wicker design matches our patio furniture perfectly. The kids love splashing around in this when they normally couldn’t in an outdoor pool during colder temperatures outside. The setup was very easy and took about 30 minutes or so by myself. The replacement filters are super inexpensive compared to a pool. They last about a month. The jets surrounding the whole tub and to the relaxation effect. So far so good and no leaks. It seems like high quality material and nothing on it is flimsy. The controls are quite straightforward. I did a lot of research and it paid off choosing this hot tub.

Been wanting to get a hot tub for awhile now. After lots of thoughts and consideration, I went with this one. So far it has been wonderful! Installation was super easy and the product feels really durable! Pros: -Easy to setup! Just plug in and let it inflate. -The interior bottom is comfortable. I bought a mat as well. -Download the app! So much easier to navigate hot tub than using control panel. Con: -The water temp drops 5+ degrees when having the air jets on. It sucks the outside air when the jets are on. Probably not a big deal during warmer months. -It’s pretty loud when the jets are on. Overall, a great purchase and would recommend!

Here’s the good, the bad, and the ugly about our journey in finding a decent portable hot tub. 1. I first selected INTEX mainly due to brand recognition, and I liked the built-in chlorinator/ hard water handler in the pump. 2. Issues- constantly leaked water at the bottom seal, started to leak air, and the heater is too small to maintain water temp! 3. Intex Customer Service is POOR! Responded once, then went silent. 4. The dealership they use, Spreetail, was responsive and fully refunded. However, they delivered the tub in a box, but they FORCED ME to source a pallet and wrap it up for the return with a Bill of Lading!!! 5. AMAZON would not allow me to write a review - no answer to my complaint!!?!??? Okay - why is Bestway better? 1. Bali has a larger diameter; Intex did not sell one this size on Amazon 2. Bali’s pump is built into the side wall = saves space, plus the panel swings 180 degrees, so you can move out of the direct sun. 3. Has App, connects easily, and it WORKS. 4. Has timers for when you want to filter or heat, etc. We have 3 timers set throughout the day/night 5. Pump heater seems to perform better, but the design needs improvement (see below). 6. Insulated cover is 300x easier to use compared to Intex's two-stage design, which is really heavy and awkward. 7. Bali wall design is SMART !!- as the walls deflate 10% or so when not using or bubble massage not running- very smart as it puts less stress on walls and SEAMS!!! Heater improvement suggestion. Because of the built-in pump design, engineers can easily address this by increasing the diameter of the heater tube and its length. This will heat more water at a faster rate to maintain the consumer demand of 104°F when the bubbler is operating. Neither Intex nor Bestway's pump can maintain the temperature drop during bubbler operation, as heat loss is faster due to increased surface area exposed to cooler air temperature. Intex’s heater performed poorly as the temp dropped to 99°F in 12-15 min.

Beware of seller and spa! Purchased this hot tub on 5/23 and was delivered 5/24. We brought this hottub with us unopened and didn’t open it for 2 weeks to enjoy while on vacation. Hot tub had a foul odor when opening, and even rinsed off as best we could and drained. Filled with triple filtered water and got the chemicals spot on… after just one or two uses, wife developed a SEVERE infection that took two Urgent Care visits and two rounds of antibiotics to resolve, with docs stating it likely was the hot tub. We immediately drained, dried, and cleaned to return on 7/4, and although we were just outside the return window, Amazon and the seller initially were going to accept the return… Seller sent a side message saying they’d pay a 10% refund, but that isn’t anything for a near $600 purchase… We went to go return it and shipping was going to be $450 due to size and weight!!! Called the seller who pretty much said “too bad” since it’s outside the return window, and didn’t have any care for the health problems the hot tub caused! Called Amazon several times, and after hours of back and forth with the Seller, and now there’s now “nothing” they can do. The setup was easy, the hottub looked nice, and overall was ok, but between being undersized and causing a HUGE health scare, BUYER BEWARE! Now we’re stuck with an overpriced, chemically saturated blow up pool…

I love this hot tub! It was easy to get it up and running. The app on my phone works perfect. It has been so hot out that I keep the temperature between 91-98 degrees. The bubble jets work fine, but I spend a lot of time just floating around without the jets on. Regarding the size, it's big enough for one person to float around, it's big enough for two adults to comfortably sit with room to move around. I think three adults would be the limit. The bubble jets are loud though. There is no way to carry on a conversation with the jets on. I haven't received an electric bill yet. So my comments relate to the hot tub itself.

Holy cow!!! Worth every penny. This thing is a beast! We had a smaller one & upgraded to the Bali. It’s huge, deep & putting the lid into the cover was the most cumbersome part of set up and it wasn’t bad at all… just awkward due to its size… a helper would make it a breeze… for that whole 2 min job lol You won’t regret it. It’s awesome!

A little on the small side but the integrated heater/pump inside the inflatable sides is amazing. Previously owned one with an external heater unit and didn’t like it as much.

Very nice hot tub. Great design and very comfortable to use. Looks nice. Slightly confusing to set up but easy once I figured out what I was doing wrong. Had to YouTube other videos. However less than three months minimum use and the heater is not heating. No emails answered by company. Finally reached someone by phone but help us to be determined. Also error codes, have to reset now.
