Great quick, heathier snack.
If you want a quick, no-fuss snack that is healthy, the Bumble Bee on the Run fat Free Tuna salad with crackers is great! The convenience is a big win; everything comes neatly packaged, so it is easy to toss into a bag for travel, work or quick bite. No refrigeration needed. It taste great; the crackers add a nice crunch. It is a good high protein , lower fat option to eat.

These make a great snack. It’s not a strong fishy taste. Been scooping some out with the little spoon and putting it on the Gimme Seaweed instead of the included crackers.

Absolutely delicious.
Someone went shopping for me and brought this back. i returned to the store which didnt carry it. Delighted to find it on Amazon. The tuna part CV is pretty dense but not a solid block at all. It has various bits of celery etc but no garlic or onion if you are with other people after eating it. I took pff one star because they could pack another cracker or two. It comes with it's own little spoon which is convenient. I am.generally not a fan of tuna but this is really good. Really good. Now I snack on this instead of candy or chips. Well done!
