Ordered this to help with my posture while working from home - worked great for the first week, but as you get used to it, it's easy to start slumping still. I blame myself not the ball.The added benefit is that I can bounce and get a bit more energy into my workday, which is helping at the times when I get fidgety and tend to make that fifth cup of tea out of boredom - which I have been able to avoid a little.Super easy to get set. I didn't actually read the directions, which means I did it all wrong, but it still works so not worrying. Don't think it'll have too much of an effect, but may have voided my warranty (which I doubt I would need anyways)Super fun, helps with posture, and definitely haven't been in as much pain as I'm less slumped and static now.Also the movement stopper ring is a great extra, even though I tend to move it to the side to be able to move more during the day. Excellent for keeping "the chair" in it's allocated space the rest of the time.Maybe one day I'll actually use this for real exercise too...

The product was delivered seamlessly, as and when expected with upfront communication, although this is what I have come to expect from Amazon who clearly invest their time in getting their service right for their customers, as such my first experience with your brand was a positive one. I found the ball relatively easy to inflate and whilst keen to get going with it, followed the advice to leave it 80% inflated overnight.Although your product was not at the lower end of the budget, for me, it was really all about quality. At 7 months pregnant, I wanted something I could trust. I use the ball daily both for exercise and to encourage the baby to get into the right position for birth. Even when I’m working from home I find it more comfortable to sit on than a dining room chair (I’m almost tempted to take it into the office!). I am already practicing birthing techniques with the ball and see it as my companion for when that time comes! Prior to being pregnant I have been a 4 times a week gym bunny for the last 15 years and used a number of different exercise balls and on reflection, although not used in the same way, I have really noticed the quality of your exercise ball in particular. I have already recommended it to my Antenatal class!I hope to continue to use the ball after birth as I get back into my fitness regime.

Excellent, bought this as I'm in my third trimester and was recommended to get an exercise ball. I really love that it comes with the ring which stops the ball rolling away which is an extra piece of mind. Absolutely follow the instructions... Blow it up then leave overnight to allow for it to expand. I was so shocked hoe much it expanded! Takes my weight easily and feels nice and safe. The colour is a beautiful turquoise and the pump does what it needs to do!

This is a large exercise ball recommended to me by my physiotherapist after tearing my hamstring and suffering consequent limitations in mobility.It’s a very pleasing turquoise colour and supplied with an inflatable ring which sits on the floor underneath the ball to prevent it moving around.The instructions state you should inflate the ball to 80% of its designed air capacity and then allow it 24 hours before inflating it to its full size; a tape measure is supplied so you can ensure the eventual diameter is right. The only gripe I would have is that the foot pump supplied is quite weak and low quality, and only just up to the job, so if you have a better pump – like a bicycle tyre pump for example with the right connector – this will be easier.A minority of reviewers write that their ball burst or spontaneously deflated. It’s so robust that I can’t see how this could happen unless the production batch was faulty – or unless greatly excess weight was placed on it.The ball is great to use as a seat at your desk, as it’s the right height and forces you to use your leg and back muscles just to keep seated, and the stability ring prevents it moving around on the floor.Good product.

Bought this for my pregnant partner to use as a birthing ball. The quality of this item is amazing. It is used for sitting at a desk in our home office as well as exercises to help get the baby into the correct position. Although the stability ring is not required at present it is definitely a nice touch. Helps for storing the ball also.Blowing up the ball was very straight forward, just got to blow it 80% of the way, leave for 24 hours for the material to set and then fully inflate. The pump is a little cheap, the hose tends to pop out every now and then but very simple to just pop back in and carry on.Had an issue with the first ball we ordered but a message to the seller (and a very quick response) got this all sorted. Their generousity was over this was outstanding. Definitely 5 star support for a 5 star product.

I am seriously impressed with the quality of the product and customer service of this company. The ball itself is made of a high quality, durable material and not only feels like it will give proper support without needing to be constantly pumped up, but also like it will last through frequent use as both an exercise ball and as a chair to help with sciatica. The colour is a lovely aqua blue. Incidentally, there was next to no rubbery/chemical odor when I opened the packaging, which is a bonus. I have also been completely impressed with how excellent the customer service was, when I realised that although I had followed the size chart, the size that I ordered was just slightly too small for my comfort. When I got in touch with them to discuss this, they responded and helped to sort out the issue immediately. Their attitude, coupled with an excellent product, makes me happy to give them five stars. I highly recommend to anyone suffering from sciatica, tailbone/pelvis pain or looking for a pregnancy ball for exercise or labour.
