This is indeed a different and unique soap I have ever come across. It smells so mild and yet the effect is pronounce. I've been using it for 3 days and I noticed that I had less dead flakey skin. I have VERY sensitive skin by the way. I only had to use a little bit which I cut the soap up into a little rectangle pieces. The soap lathers up very well. I rub the soap in my palm and then I rub the bubble all over my face for a couple seconds, gently. Then wash away with warm water. And voila. It leaves my skin all clean- but a little squeaky! I incorporate my skin with oil afterwards. If you have very dry skin, you must apply moisturizer after.

This is a nice facial soap. I did see a difference in my skin. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

I Love this soap! I have used this soap for approx a year. I love that it is simple yet moisturizing to my skin. Most soaps you rub in your hands or a little to get enough to lather. This soap only 2 little swipes & the lather is crazy good. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed morning & night. I have very sensitive & reddish skin. Memoir has helped calm my skin down. Memoir is not harsh at all. It doesn't really have a smell, just leaves my skin feeling nice. I would highly recommend & it last forever. Truly! my current bar is almost see through & it still lather's nicely. Give it a try, you will be glad you did!

Well for the price I expected a bit more but doesn't do anything different than a regular cheap bar soap.

I PURCHASED THIS SOAP TO WASH MY FACE, ESPECIALLY TO REMOVE MAKE UP. IT LEAVES THE SKIN SOFT BUT IT STINGS THE EYES AND HOW!!! I HAD MY EYES RED AFTER WASHING MY FACE, AND THE MASCARA WAS NOT REMOVED JUST SMUDGED. I HAD TO USE MAKE UP REMOVER TO STOP THE PAIN AND CLEAN MY EYES. IF YOU BUY IT, DO NOT USE IT AS MAKE UP REMOVER. IT DOESN'T DO THE JOB. ON TOP OF IT, THE SOAP WAS DAMAGED (PICTURE), AS IF IT FELL BEFORE BEING PUT IN THE BOX OR SOMETHING. IT IS NOT WORTH THE $15 I PAID.

The unique, natural ingredients really intrigued me. I went ahead and made my purchase. Initially, you will feel a "tingle" on your skin, just temporary. I believe it was the Ginseng, which was fine with me. Its not drying but any existing surface dead skin cell will flake off to reveal smooth skin and smaller pores. This soap seems to possess healing properties as well. I re-purchased this soap again, and really see a difference. This soap would be effective young or old. if you have redness, break-outs, or all over congestion its a great detox, but it does hydrate somewhat. Doesn't leave any residue. and.. it removed my make-up easily. Worth the extra money! Great soap.

So far I like the soap. I just started using it but, it looks like it is doing the job. I used Merzer homemade soap and that worked very well. But, it looks like Merzer has been discontinued. So, this soap Memoir seem like a good alternative. Memoir has taken over where Merzer left off - for me at least. Fast delivery too! Thank you!

Had high hopes for this. It burns and irritates my face. Tried using it at least at bed time, but after red sore spots from the burning I gave up on it.
