Absolutely amazing knife! It slices through soft cakes and hard crusts like butter. The serrations are perfectly designed so they don't tear the food. It’s lightweight, sharp, and very easy to handle. I’ve tried cheaper brands, but you can really feel the Swiss quality here. If you bake often, you need this!

Excellent knife cuts like butter

I purchased this Victorinox bread knife as I was fed up with my old Sabatier one which gave a very poor cut, WOW what a great knife this is, light but tactile and comfortable to hold easily, the cut is good and easy to keep straight even on the crustiest of farmhouse loafs. great knife at great price, would recommend this knife to any bread lover!

This knife is fantastic! It has an ergonomic comfortable handle which makes it easy to use. It cuts perfectly every time. I also use this to carve meat.The knife is solidly made and is one of the best things I have ever brought. Definitely recommend to others

I am a professional chef and run a carvery. The knife does the job well but does need frequent sharpening. An extra inch on the blade length would probably make it even better but all in all an excellent knife for the price. No hesitation in recommending this knife.

My first cake knife so I have nothing to compare it to, but I can say that it is sharpe and a brilliant length to be able to slice the tops off cake.

購入時に刃渡りがちよっと長めかなと心配しましたが、実際使ってみるとちょうどいい長さで使い勝手も大変良かったです。以前持っていたパン切包丁はギザ刃部分がけっこうトゲトゲ状態で、洗って布巾でふき取る時に綿の糸が引っかかったりするなど、ふき取りがけっこう面倒でした。こちらの製品はそういうことは全く心配なかったです。長い状態の角食パンも軽い力加減でサクッとカットが出来、カットした断面もとてもきれいです。初めてパン切包丁を使う方にも超おススメです!
