Excellent quality, soft warm and great for under regular clothes.
Editing my review just to say we now by these for our boys every year. We love soft warm thermals in this family and have tried many many brands, for our young boys this is our choice. These are amazing, we even wound up using them as pajamas often. Very soft and warm but thin enough to be worn under jeans and other shirts or sweaters. I made sure every family member had more than enough warm clothes to get through the winter and got these for my 6 year old, they are amazing. I plan on getting these for both my son's now and will most likely repurchase in other sizes as they grow.

My Kid is Now Thermally Superior to Me - 10/10 Would Recommend
My toddler has now become a tiny, unstoppable furnace of energy. I'm convinced these thermal undies have somehow given him superhero powers. He ran around the backyard in 40-degree weather yelling "I'M INVINCIBLE!" while I stood there shivering in my adult jacket like a weakling. The fleece lining is so cozy that getting him OUT of them has become an Olympic sport. Bedtime? "But Mom, my thermal armor!" Morning? He's already wearing them under his pajamas. Pretty sure he'd wear them to the beach if I let him. On the plus side, I've saved a fortune on heating bills because this kid is basically a walking space heater now. He hugs me and I instantly warm up. Should I be concerned that my 3-year-old is now tougher than me? Probably. But at least he's warm! Only docking one star because now he thinks he's a polar bear and keeps trying to play in the snow without a coat. Send help (and maybe more thermal sets).

Great Feel
My son just turned 4 and he is on the taller side. I got him 6-7 and they are a bit longer on him, just perfect for him to grow into. These are made of a nice quality soft fabric.
