Absolutely get the 3-month supply. I regularly get pedicures and lash extensions every two weeks and my nail and lash techs always point out how long and beautiful my nails are, with my lash and brow tech commenting on how fast my lashes and brows grow. On top of this my skin is visibly better and always glowing. I take several supplements and vitamins, eat very clean, drink plenty of water, and have a pretty solid skin care routine, so I wanted to wait before confirming that this “newer” product addition was actually working. After taking this product for 3 months, the results are far beyond my expectations. My edge line is even a lot thicker, and I’ve noticed that my hair is growing insanely fast with less breakage and shedding. HOWEVER, this will make your urine the color of Mountain Dew no matter how much water you drink. I have just ran out of the 3-month supply and noticed that my normal pale pee is back lol. That being said, I am absolutely willing to forgo neon pee for noticeably glowing skin, beautiful solid nails, thick brows, and long lashes. Definitely repurchasing! Btw the pictured are my real nails. Getting acrylics or fake nails damages your nails so bad girly pops! The first video is the first day of having this nail color, the second picture is two weeks later. **EDIT** I’m obsessed with this nail color and got it again, but my nails are STILL holding strong.

Great combo of supplements to support hair growth. I'm losing hair due to medications (more than one) but this supplement keeps what's left of my hair healthy and pretty.

I have the world’s flimsiest nails - they rip while zipping up my pants. I’ve tried SO many things and nothing has worked. I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of months now and I am BLOWN AWAY by how much stronger my nails are already! They don’t bend as much, they don’t rip, they grow faster, and the discoloration I had has also improved. Instead of a sickly pale/white nail with a translucent tip, they’re now pink with a white tip. I’m genuinely amazed. I have had to have builder gel or gel strips on my nails constantly because of how often they rip and tear up onto the nail bed, but i have had nothing on my nails the past couple of weeks because of how strong they are now. Definitely still weaker than normal nails, but they’re incredible for me. I absolutely recommend these! (The size is a bit large so keep that in mind. If you struggle with swallowing pills, don’t take both at once but split them up throughout your day.) Updating a month later - still amazing. My nails are stronger than they were when I left the original review! I can never wear them long because they rip but they’re long and beautiful and strong right now.

The product is great. I haven’t seen any negative side effects since I started using. I have seen some improvements with hair growth within the first few days. I’m not sure if it’s the product or just natural growth but great product I can’t complain.

I’ve been taking these vitamins for a few weeks now and I must say they work good I see more shine in my hair and skin is clear . Pill is a little big but still doable.

Update: I changed my review to 3 stars because of the company's customer service. After leaving my review below they reached out offering a full refund. They DID NOT ask me to change my review. I fully understand that people react differently to supplements. This one for me did not work. But based on their quick response and willingness to refund me for something that is otherwise nonrefundable shows me that they are a legit company. Based on other reviews I think this product works for most people. In my communications with the company, they also offered more advice on how to take this supplement. I might try taking their advice and trying these again. But it will be a while. I followed the directions exactly. I took the capsule between 15-30 minutes before eating. After a few hours I became physically sick. My food was properly prepared and it was a shared meal. No one else became ill. I really had high hopes for this, especially after reading the reviews.
