I prepped the spot really well but the double sided tape doesn't hold well. I had to use crazy glue to hold in place. It was painful using crazy glue on my new Lexus. But it now holds. Another user had the same problem in the user questions area.Edit: Crazy glue failed. I had to remove the 3m adhesive from the back, scuff with sandpaper and then use a hot glue gun to apply. Now it is solid! If you use the 3m backing that it comes with, it will soften and peel within a day. The product doesn't have any application tips. For the price and the designer Swarovski name, this should be an easier application.
