I regret not doing enough research into the brand before I bought it. A quick Google search revealed that even when taking 4 of the gummies, you're only getting <0.1g creatine. So there's actually no creatine in these 'creatine' gummies. I should've done that before going through the month's supply. On the point of month's supply - it's not actually a month's supply but rather about 27-28 days worth, if you take 4 a day consistently. The taste and ease of swallowing is fine, can't complain, but why eat placebo gummies that don't work? Not replenishing my stock. Very disappointing. Did not want to go back to powder. Please do your research before purchasing one of these. Not worth the money.

I was looking for a way to take l-taurine and B12 these gummies are tasty so easy to take. The lid is tricky to remove but then it keeps the product fresh.
