Looks just like the picture and is made well (doesn't look cheap, no loose stitching, zippers work).This backpack is very cute but smaller than I expected. I purchased this for my daughter who is going into Jr. High. Her school doesn't provide lockers for the students which means my daughter will have to carry a lot of books, folders, supplies, etc. This backpack will not be able to hold all of her "stuff." We did take notice of the dimensions of this backpack before buying and we knew it'd be a little on the small side however it was much smaller than expected.
