Sure beats the ice bath method I've been using for the past year. Anyhow, the trick is to add tape underneath the clamps. The issue is the hose clamps leave tiny gaps between the plastic hose and tubing, since the copper tubing isn't perfectly round and the plastic hose is a bit thin. I used electrical tape, but assume any similar material will work. I also added a second clamp and each connection for additional security.
