This is the best gradual tanning lotion I have ever used. The lotion is very moisturizing so my skin doesn’t have that dry flaky look that can come from some tanning products. My skin is soft, moisturized and even. The products spreads easily and evenly and dries very quickly too. When you wake up in the morning you will have this amazing glow and color. No transfer on the sheets or my clothes. It smells amazing as well. I can’t say enough good things about this gradual tanning lotion 10 stars!

Good product but you need a few layers to see a difference, smells good and doesn’t leave a bad smell and the packaging is really nice and a good size too.

I am a very pale person with very sensitive skin. I got the "Fair to Medium" lotion, applied some all over in the evening, and let's just say I fell asleep looking like Kirsten Dunst, woke up looking like Eva Longoria ;-) But in all seriousness, I was surprised by how quickly the tan started to develop. The next day I could wear shorts without feeling like I was walking around with pasty-white legs. It definitely gives you a natural, glowing tan! After the second application, I decided to rinse off the lotion after about 6 hours because the tan was developing a bit too quickly, and I wanted to take it slow to get the right shade. One area on my arm was streaky, but I think it's because I was impatient and didn't spend enough time blending in the lotion. I'd highly recommend this product! No complaints about the scent. It's got a very faint tanning lotion smell, but not nearly as bad as the stuff we used in the early 2000's. (Not as strong as Jergens.)

I am 45 years old and don't like to tan my skin, because of skin health and aging reasons. I am avid sunscreen wearer. I have light/medium skin. I purchased fair the fair to medium glow body lotion. My skin can be on drier side. Using lotion is a must for me after showering. I love this product. So many self-tan products are stinky and do not moisturize enough. This product does not stink and my sensitive/dry skin feels hydrated. The fair to medium took several applications to do anything to my skin. Even though I love the product, I may buy light to medium next. After about 5 applications, my skin is looking glowy and has a bit of a tan. I am getting some color pay off. The pay off is enough for Fall and Winter. As with any self-tan product, I would recommend exfoliating at weekly at the very least. Pay close attention to the knees, elbows, folds hands, and feet. Wash your hands after application. You can go in afterwards and apply to the tops of the hands and feet with a kabuki brush if you want. I find that to be the easiest way. I love this product. It is the best have found so far for a gradual and buildable tan without the downsides that so many self-tanners have. I highly recommend trying this product if you want a little color and are looking for something that actually provides some skincare benefits. If you skin is light, start with a lighter shade.

The first night I used it, I treated it like any regular body lotion. Slapped it on after my shower, washed my hands like a responsible adult, put on pajamas, and hoped for the best. No mitt, no ritual, no standing around like a mannequin waiting to dry. It absorbed fast. No sticky, tacky feeling. No “don’t sit on the couch or you’ll stain everything you love” anxiety. Huge win. And the smell? Honestly… kind of amazing. Not that classic self-tan smell that sneaks up on you three hours later like a betrayal. It’s light and summery and actually pleasant. By the next morning, I looked… alive. Not dark. Not fake. Just like I’d gone outside and touched grass for once. After a few days of using it consistently, the color built into this really natural medium glow. The kind where people ask, “Did you go to the beach?” instead of “Did you lose a fight with a bottle of bronzer?” Also, zero orange. Truly. My biggest fear avoided. I wasn’t expecting much from the “firming” claim, but my skin does feel smoother and a little tighter looking, probably from the hydration. It feels more like a good body lotion that happens to tan, which I actually prefer. A couple honest notes: If you miss spots or rush, you can still get unevenness like any self-tanner, so basic blending still matters. And it’s gradual, so don’t expect instant deep bronze overnight. It’s more of a slow glow-up situation. For me though, that’s perfect. Less pressure, less risk. For about $14, it feels like a steal. It lasts a while and replaces both my lotion and my tanner, which my lazy side deeply appreciates. Final thoughts: If you want a natural, low-maintenance tan that looks like you drink water and go outside (even if you absolutely do not), this is it. Easy, glowy, smells good, and zero orange chaos.
