What a great purchase!
This was a real blessing for my husband after his retina surgery. He was required to lie face down for two weeks during his recovery and this pillow was very comfortable for him. Great quality, and well made. It was delivered promptly in a compressed package but quickly took shape after opening the package. I thoroughly recommend this great pillow.

Very comfortable and useful for lower back pain
This pillow helped me to recover quicker from lower back pain. Lying on my stomach was much easier. I was able to rest comfortably with my face down instead turning my head to the side on regular pillow

Zipper in hole
I had eye surgery and needed a face down pillow. I would give this pillow 5 stars, but when I am using it at night time the zipper pull in the hole hurt my chin. I tried covering it to keep the pull from contacting my chin. The zipper, also, made my forehead hurt. The zipper in the hole is the only complaint I have. It is comfortable otherwise.

Great product and price
I believe this works great for after surgery. Or if you just want to use it for other ideas as in sleeping. You can't beat the price. Very good quality i believe. It does serve the purpose. You just have to use common sense when using it.

Second hand item
Unacceptable. Got the item second hand, I was expecting a new one since I placed and paid for a new one but here is the item that I got. Very unhygienic

Bad design
I really wanted to like this pillow, but the face hole is for the size of a child. Either I have to lay on my eyes, or on my chin, and either is uncomfortable which keeps me from sleeping. I'm 6'-3", but also had a family member who's 5-6" try it out with the same issue. If the design had been open ended at the chin, like massage bed, it would have made all the difference.

Great pillow for eye surgery!
Bought this to rest and sleep after eye surgery! Very comfy! 2 sides for cool or hot temps at night.Also can be used to sit up in bed to rest.
